Same as everyone else

Same as everyone else. Spent over $200 on items in august 2023 STILL NOTHING. I’ve emailed via their site, Etsy, and Instagram and nothing. It’s too late for me to get my refund. And my baby has probably outgrown the order. I really liked their items, but this place is a joke. And clearly they’re defrauding a ton of people.

Cheated by Baby Teith....TWICE!

I have ordered from this company prior to 2022 and didn't experience any negative issues, but then January 2023 I placed an order for a few shirts and after a month with no shipment, I reached out. No reply. A month later I email again. No reply. 3 months, multiple emails, messages on instagram...zero replies. Filed a report with PayPal and luckily got my money back. NOW this next move is a bonehead move on my part. I'm checking the baby teith social media and there is no communications about issues with orders, no comments about issues with order (didn't realize she was deleting all complaint messages) and her website promises that orders placed in May will be delivered before Father's Day. It was promised. I'm definitely a chump. So I place a new order for the clothes I had wanted originally, because I definitely still wanted them, but months and months go by with no reply to any of my repeated emails. 8 months pass and now my CC company says it's probably too late, but the only reason I held on this long is because I got an auto reply every so often to my emails saying that they were looking into my order. DIdn't realize it was all smoke in mirrors. All the social media posts she was doing to make it seem the biz was in order was all fake. It's all a scam and she knows what she's doing to keep her previously loyal customers like me to keep holding hope that this is just a bad patch. She even recently posted "I'm back" to imply they took some break to catch up on orders but again, it's been 2 months....no reply...no clothes....deleting any negative complaints from her social media posts. I don't know what can be done now. Unfortunately, I don't know how many people check reviews BEFORE placing orders. Only after things go wrong. BUT hopefully this warning serves some good. Stay far far away. I hope everyone who was cheated by this company gets their full refund or the clothes they paid for (in the updated size of course, because no kid is fitting into these little sizes after a year of waiting).

UPDATE 6/23/24 - Today, I receive the below message from Baby Teith...here. On this public site for all to see. No one replied to my countless emails asking where my refund or my order was. The message below claims they've been up and operational since Nov 2023. That's suspicious because for the past 7 months, no one from Baby Teith responded to any of my previous emails to fulfill my missing order. They claim they are busy fulfilling past due orders....well not mine! Instead of replying to any of my emails, or fulfilling my 2 previous missing orders, or refunding me my money they've essentially scammed me of for these last 7 months (plus 10 months prior to that waiting for a word), the owner is here making continued false claims publicly and asking me to come back and give them more money with a discount code. I'm astonished. I don't want to lose another dime to Baby Teith. I want a full refund for the order I never received, or I want the order I paid for, in my child's current size (since they've grown a size in the past 17 months), and you know what....I should get a discount on THAT order since I've been waiting for almost 1.5 years for it. Sheesh! I'm a small biz owner too and I would never stoop this low.

UPDATE 9/12/24 - Just a note to say I STILL haven't received my refund or my order, but Baby Teith have decided to put me on their mailing list and are sending me misleading junk mail trying to persuade people into placing orders and spending money on goods they'll never receive.

Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ve tried and tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt repeatedly but after waiting yet another THREE MONTHS for my order I am beyond over it. Communication is absolutely non existent. Wait time for orders is beyond fricken ridiculous. You’ll get your order…. Months from the order date. But good luck trying to get ahold of anyone to get updates in the mean time.

I ordered in August and have yet to receive my order. They do not answer emails, DMs or messages on Etsy. Do not order. It’s a scam. I filed a claim with the better business bureau and will have to do a charge back for my bank card.

Placed an order 9-30-23 and the company charged my credit card the same day. As of November 17th I haven't received my order. All e-mails have gone unanswered. They're a scam. You've been warned.

Took almost six months for them to send…

Took almost six months for them to send my shirt. I sent emails but they didn't answer until I sent a bank dispute. They sent an email that it was in production and after 90 days the dispute was denied. They still didn't send it so I disputed again and then they finally sent it. When they did send an email it was rude and condescending.

I’m currently filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be doing a chargeback on my credit card.

This is 100% a scam. I’ve not seen movement on my order at all and it’s been weeks. Attempts to email their customer support goes unanswered. Babies grow so fast and my son won’t fit the order by the time we received it if this was a legit business.

No Longer Recommend

I was going to write this review a month ago and thought that I would give them one last chance to make this right. I ordered in July and have not received my almost $200 order. I have been BEGGING for a refund. I get a generic response every now and then and yet no order. They finally sent out an update saying they had issues with the printing company but still never addressed my request for my money back. It is such a slap in the face that theyre posting and advertising on social media every single day and accepting new orders when they still need to catch up on some that are MONTHS old. One of the items I bought was for a baby gift and the baby is now well outgrown out of the size I ordered. So if you plan on buying something for a baby I would size up by a few months. I love the music community and hate doing this, but this has honestly been a super disappointing experience.

Scam/Fraud - Paid for item that never shipped

Shirt ordered on 6/29/23 and it has yet to ship. The only way to contact the company is via email, and the person who responds ("Sally Cinnamon", aka a song title reference) promises updates and apologizes - but nothing has actually happened in almost 3 months. Based on previous reviews here, there's a clear pattern of selling product that does not get shipped. That's basic fraud, y'all. I strongly advise others to file a consumer complaint online with the Arizona Attorney General's office (this site won't let me include the link) AND contact your credit card company for a chargeback.

I placed my order 2 months ago with the…

I placed my order 2 months ago with the understanding it would take up to 3 weeks to be sent out. A month after placing the order I sent an email asking the status and I got an automated email back saying it would still be several more weeks. It’s now been another month and I haven’t received my order. I’ve sent 2 more emails and have not received a response to either. I am incredibly frustrated as all they had to do was keep me in the loop with what was going on with my order. They’re very active on their social media but apparently don’t have anyone working in costumer service at all?? At this point I’m beyond mad— I’ve been stolen from and I WILL make sure I get my money back. However I will obviously never order from this company again. What a terrible way to run a business. I wish I found this review thread before spending my hard earned money with them.

DO NOT ORDER. There is only one way of contacting their business and they send an automated reply as to why your order has not been shipped, aka made. It’s been 2 months and nothing from them. I found the owners personal info but won’t resort to that. Very unprofessional. I was trying to support a local business and idk how they are getting away with not shipping your order. Or even a refund.

I placed an order for two Valentine’s Day shirts that never arrived. No response from customer service. Money lost to an untrustworthy scam artist. Don't trust this site, don't support them

Don’t order from them

I wish I had looked up these reviews prior to ordering but take our advice & don’t order from them. I placed an order on 12/23 for 3 shirts and their website stated due to the holidays turnaround time would be 4-5 weeks which seemed reasonable for a small business. At the 5 week mark with no updates, I sent an email to their customer service address. No response. Over the next few weeks I sent two more emails and used their “contact us” form on their website. No response. Finally I submitted a dispute with my credit card company to at least recoup the money lost since I wasn’t receiving what I ordered. 30 days after filing that dispute (10 weeks after my order was placed), the order has finally shipped. They never responded to a single email but they took the time to respond to the credit card company now with the tracking number. I placed an order several years ago and had no issues, but now it seems customer service is nonexistent with this company.

Items never shipped 👎

I ordered a newborn gift set 2 months ago (November 2022) for my friend who had her baby early January 2023. The order has been stuck in “processing.” They never completed and shipped it. There is no customer service at all. Nobody responds to emails - direct or through their web form. No phone number to call. Don’t bother ordering anything from them.
