I feel like the product is too small, though from reading on the website and being a first time baby wearer they claim it’s supposed to be right. I obviously won’t get a true feel for it until my little one arrives and I can put an actual baby in it. I’m excited to try the product.

Love the baby k tan so I decided to order one for my husband. Luckily he’s not a picky person. I specifically ordered black and was sent a denim blue k tan. Thank you guys for allowing men to even be able to use this carrier. Very satisfied customer

So far my experience hasn't been great. I have not received my Baby K'tan. The status in my "Shop" app says "Order Placed" and has not changed since I placed my order on March 1st. I received an email yesterday from the company saying my order has been filled but I still haven't gotten the product. I have called customer service twice and sent emails about my order status and no one has gotten back to me. I wouldn't make another purchase from this company again. Its not worth the hassle.

It did not work as expected and I am still waiting to hear how I go about making the return.

It doesn’t fit. Both of them are to small the candy and the small the size calculator said I was a small but the both feel to tight on my boobs and a bit short. My little guy doesn’t like them either I feel like I waisted my money.

I love the new active! Can't wait to use it once my baby girl arrives. So nice that I received a free matching mask with it too!

I was super excited to purchase the garden floral Baby K'tan wrap for a family member as a gift for her newborn. The staff was super helpful & knowledgeable answering a couple questions I had. The site, very easy to navigate. Alot of options, colors and styles. The new Mother LOVES her baby wrap. It's unique and affordable. I'd give them one star if I could. I registered for a wrap and got one...in a size too small. I contacted the company to ask for a direct exchange, just a size bigger. The box/ wrap were brand new, never opened and never worn. They refused, told me to sell it on marketplace and gave me a 20% off coupon. I will be buying Boba Wraps from now on.

Aent back for an exchange still have heard nothing. My husband has sent multiple emails.

My husband and I love this baby carrier. It is extremely easy to wear, in didn’t ways, and our baby boy is nice and comfortable and secure. Great purchase!

Took a very long time to ship. When I contacted the company, they said there was an error and they would overnight it and throw in ‘extras’ for the time it took. Another week passed before it arrived. They included a pacifier holder. All in all- well over a month to receive. I do like the product, but the delivery and customer service are not great.

Shipping was extremely quick. I got my order in less than a week. Color was just just as expected. It’s easy to get on and off. Love it.

Bought 2 as presents and both people loved them!! Wish I had one when my kids were small!!

I bought a baby k'tan for myself when I was pregnant with my daughter 11 years ago and it became my favorite baby item I owned in my daughter's first year of life. So naturally when my baby sister told me she was pregnant with her first daughter I knew that this would be one item I purchased for her and my baby niece. She has received it and loves using with her newborn baby. Thanks for being such a great company and consistently making a product that makes caring for an infant so much easier!
