Do not order!!! Complete scam!!
I ordered from them on October 22nd and am still yet to receive my order. I had communication with them 3 days later when I asked if it had been shipped. They replied to this message (called me sir) but nothing since and I am also now unable to track the shipping. No replies to emails, messages, nothing! I’ve even threatened to report it several times!
I will be going to my bank to get my money back but please DO NOT ORDER

Please don’t order anything from this company. Scammers.

Order ‘supposedly’ delivered to Canada when I live in England and this clearly shows on my delivery address! Company contact info is completely useless, they never respond on all provided platforms.

I ordered a SMEG travel mug through this company. This was about one month ago. They’ve taken my money from my account yet I haven’t received the mug

As everyone else here is saying. Bought a flask, says it was packed and sent for delivery but that is were the tracking stops. You can email you can use chat, no one replies. 100% scam.

YOU CAN USE YOUR BANK AND GET THEM TO REFUND, it will take a while, but worth a shot

Ordered the Smeg flask and tracking shows delivered to USA when my home address is clearly stated on the order as UK.
Total SCAM DO NOT ORDER from these thieves. No reply from emails I have sent.
As others say wish I had checked reviews before ordering and stayed well clear.
Something needs to be done by companies who support these rogue dealers. Shop support this business despite the underhanded way in which they con people out of money.
If goods are not delivered there should be a recourse to get your money back.
Nobody wants to know. Completely put me off ordering on line. In future I will shop in a shop with CASH.
No more on line orders for me and despite leaving a very negative review on their page this has still to show.
Do not be conned like me and many others stick to purchasing in shops and protect your money.
Shame on you Azulline and the other businesses that support you. You should be taken down.

Ordered a smeg flask - didn't think to read the book comments. What a scam. I've tried so hard to connect but nothing 😔

Absolute scam. I have reported them, like others no delivery despite them saying it’s been delivered and no way to contact them.

Absolute scam. Got a delivered report and it said delivered to Louisiana in America. I’m in the UK. There support email comes back undelivered. There was another email address, sent two emails. No reply. There is a message system on there website. No reply.

Total scam. Ordered a Smeg thermos cup, tracking said it was delivered on 8th Nov in my letterbox, which is pretty much impossible as it would never fit, I've tried to contact support 4 times in the last 24 hours and no response. It's not a huge amount of money, but that's not the point. They're ripping people off. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE AWFUL PEOPLE.

I ordered a 2 Smeg Flasks. I didn't receive them. This is a scam. The tracking process looks odd too. I would.warn anyone thinking of ordering from this Company to think first. I wish I had read these comments before going ahead and ordering.

I wish I had read reviews on trustpilot before ordering as everything people are saying is totally true it’s a big SCAM !!!!

Scam!!! Ordered weeks ago. Tracking states it was delivered at the back door that you can’t even get to. Gates locked. I have been totally ripped off. I have a Ring door bell as proof as the tracking states it was delivered on the 11/November @13.30 Let me tell you was not delivered 😡 , though the tracking states it was . Emailed several times! No response. I even tried to call them nothing. So upset absolutely full of shit . Do not order anything from this company . So pissed off.

AVOID SCAM this is not a real company you will not receive an item. You will be given a fake tracking number. This is a scam, this is not a real business
