Hi, Max thanks for taking the time to review however after looking at your order it seems like you received the exact specification that you ordered unfortunately we can't refund you on made to measure items if there is a problem with the door we are happy to solve this issue for you but unfortunately you cant return your fully customized door because it was user error on the other hand we would be happy to make you another door at a highly discounted price to try and cover some of your losses.
Thanks, Mitchell

AVOID!!!!
My partner and I bought patio sliding doors and a window for our summerhouse, they were delivered a few weeks ago, the window has been fitted and is great, the patio doors however don’t open very wide but we can overlook this, the more serious problem is the doors do not lock, the locking mechanism is not locking, we have spent over £1000 with this company, when contacted by email we received belligerent communication point blank refusing to rectify the problem, the company apparently prides themselves on customer satisfaction (according to the website) how is this customer satisfaction and how can a professional company take your money and not fix a problem with faulty goods?!! My partner requested someone come out and fix the problem but they said they don’t do that! Avoid this company!! They are cowboys!! We will be taking further action, this should not happen in 2025, money is hard earned and these cowboys take your money and don’t want to know when there is a problem!!

Overall, good
The made to measure door was the correct size and of very good quality. Unfortunately it arrived with several scratches and marks for which the company sent a used touch up pen. Once fitted in and with a bit of a touch up it looked fine. Advice, take a bit more care with the packaging.

Good website and backup.
I purchased a door and a window, the Quality, price and time scale all good.
I'm not a professional installer so I needed lots of info, the staff were friendly and helpful.
No problems, just what I like.
