2 failed promised deliveries. No contact to advise that first delivery was not happening, if I had not called to chase I would never have been updated. 2nd delivery promised for next day in the morning. I received a call at 11:45 to be advised the van had broken down and my order would be taken back to the recovery yard and no time scale could be given as to when a 3rd delivery attempt could be made. At this point it was clear the kind of business I was dealing with and requested a full refund. 2 wasted days. Avoid

I gave 4 stars because of the delivery delay.
Also after I placed the order it took over a week to tell me that most of the items I ordered were not available, mainly sizes that I ordered were only available longer and some wider, so I was offered these alternatives which I could use, to be fair these were supplied to me for the same price.

Didn’t deliver on the correct date as discussed, then delivered to the wrong address and left me to deal with it. I spoke to them to ask if they can pick it up and re deliver even offered to pay a delivery fee. Said they would get back to me bearing in mind this is at 11:30 on a Thursday morning they got back to me at 17:10 and offered to re deliver the following Tuesday. Not happy at all.

Good product and speedy delivery (they said it might be delivered in two weeks, but was two days). Would have been 5 stars but originally the wrong width featheredge boards were delivered. However, they resolved it quickly and efficiently, and offered a few free boards 'just in case', so plus marks for customer service there!

I waited 4 months for this order to be delivered.
Without any warning a delivery lorry turned up at 8.15am and the delivery men proceeded to off load my items. When they completed the delivery they gave me a delivery note and then disappeared.
I discovered that 1 item was missing and after a few phone calls they returned to complete the order.
Personal to whom I spoke at AVS, were helpful and pleasant.
The goods were exactly as described.Throughout the 4 months I waited for the order I was regularly contacted to apologize for the delay.

Great quality timber and a super fast delivery. Ordering was simple and the live branch stock checker enabled me to order items that were available from the local branch. Would definitely recommend.
