Excellent products ( posts etc for fencing) however communication is poor.
I was called to say 2 posts would be delayed as they would come from another store. No problem.
After several phone calls to the office and waiting for non existent return calls I was told delivery would arrive by 5 pm. I had been waiting in all day (original time given was late morning). At 5.15 the delivery arrived with 30 feather edge boards also missing. They didn’t arrive today Tuesday and no communication as to when I can expect the rest of the order.
This was a bank holiday weekend so delays are to be expected. An email, text or call would make a lot of difference.

Great from calling in to the depot to have a look through to delivery. Really happy with the sleepers and the soil.

Brilliant service. Fast delivery, and when they couldn't fulfill some of the items in the lengths required, they gave me longer pieces at no extra cost. Definitely recommend.

Goods excellent, as described, and delivered promptly. The only issue was that there was only one person on the delivery, meaning my wife had to help unload the materials and move them to a suitable location on our property and was pressed to do this in a hurry. If she had been elderly or infirm, I'm not sure what would have happened.

Good products, but had to chase for delivery update. Delivered on specified date when products all in stock.
