I ordered two labels from you
I ordered two labels from you. One label turned out fine. The other label (which was a template of the first label) was a big problem. It told me it wasn't the right size. It made me go back to Canva (the program I designed my labels in) and resize, download, save and then back to your program and reload Four Times! I rang and spoke to maybe Amanda? The last time I tried to fix the label it then showed me it was too small! I then went back to the first one I did, which was right the whole time, the system was glitched and really messing me around. Causing a huge waste of time and frustration. I asked her to please use judgement it should look the same as the first one (Facial Oil Label) and explained all the trouble I'm having. So we agreed on the phone I'll submit what's there and please use judgement to make them exactly the same, since the system didn't seem to understand. When I received my labels the second one (Hair Mask Oil) was not the same, the print was down lower than the other and it's not how I wanted it to look.

We are sorry that you were unhappy with your order and unfortunately due to the design being created in Canva and not our design tool, we are unable to directly help with font sizes being different.
We have looked into it a bit further and we think by checking the following, it will limit the size difference between the label sizes.
• Please create the design in Canva using their custom dimensions and put the label size that you are printing in. - https://support.canva.com/create-your-design/templates/use-custom-dimension/
• All designs uploaded into our design tool need to allow for 2mm bleed on all sides. So in a program like Canva, please extend the background over the canvas size and export using PDF Print with Crop mark and bleed ticked - https://support.canva.com/publish/printing/crop-marks-and-bleed/
• In both your designs, please make sure the font size is the same for same type of information e.g. Headings - Amazing Goddess Hair Mask and Amazing Goddess Facial Oil is both size 14 or whatever the case is.
Once you have your new PDFs following the instructions above, please send to weprintcs-au@avery.com and we can review them before being uploaded and printed.
Our intention is to do whatever we can to create the labels you want.

The website was very ways to navigate
The website was very easy to navigate. I was able to enter my design and have my stickers within less than a week!
The stickers were beautiful. My only criticism/ piece of feedback would be some of the stickers were a bit difficult to peel off the backing paper but they stuck well and looked amazing.
Communication was great, service was great, the product was excellent.

1colour on file but print came out with 2 colours
One colour was use throughout image, but once stickers were received there where 2 different colours shades. I checked my file colour cmyk put was fine. Not sure why that happened.

I had little trouble using the website…
I had little trouble using the website or uploading my design. The labels came out as well as I expected and I took advantage of the special offer which made the transaction an economical one. I had to wait longer than I would have liked but that was down to Australia Post and not Avery.
