We recently had Andy Jones and Paul Weatherston from the customer care team out to fix our front door in Jackton Green. Both were excellent, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard and tidied before leaving. They were also so friendly and helpful - a credit to the company!

Moved in to our new home at Craignethan Gate in April and could not be happier with the experience. As first time buyers we were unsure on a lot of the process of buying a home and what to expect. The full team have been very helpful from sales advisors to site managers. Alison, Caroline, Chris and Kyle have all been professional, friendly and efficient.

Any small issues were fixed quickly and reassurance given. We have had to call Chris and Kyle with queries and they had one of the guys on the team out to look at the issue within the hour. Cannot recommend enough!

I feel the attention to detail on the full development has been great! Looking forward to continuing to enjoy our new home.

We had Andy and Paul visit our house to fix a shower leak, and both of them were fantastic. They were friendly, cheerful, and highly professional throughout. They identified and resolved the issue quickly, ensuring everything was working perfectly before they left. They also took the time to tidy up afterwards, leaving everything clean and in great condition. We’re extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

Poppy and Leah from clifton were incredibly helpful right from day one. They explained every part of the house‑buying process clearly and simply, and gave great guidance at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble. We always felt well‑supported and knew exactly what was happening next. They were professional, patient and friendly.

From the initial visit to the showhome in Draffen Park everything was well communicated. After moving in Greg Dillion and his team have went above and beyond ! Greg is very accommodating and goes out of his was to rectify and issues . From my experience so far these issues are only minor.

We moved into Thistle Meadows three weeks ago, and the team have been brilliant. From Megan in sales and Holly in aftercare to Site Manager Neil and Assistant Site Manager Ian, they couldn’t have been more helpful! We’ve only experienced very minor snagging and everything has been sorted straight away. Special shout outs to Paul Weatherston (who has gone above and beyond) and Andy Jones (who is salt of the earth and amazingly helpful). Thanks to all the Avant team for their help in making the purchase of our first home seamless!

Really helpful & if a problem arises then will be dealt within the week.. i cant praise them any higher from puttin deposit down on house to being in 1 month now.. all 5* from me & i will be recommending the workers for the rate & workmanship the have done to make this estate(craignethan gate) looking ideal in every way... also site manager chris & sales manager dawn are a quick txt or call away if anything arises.

Excellent sales experience and outstanding aftercare. We moved into the Bennerly View Development last October.

From the very start, the sales process was excellent. Sarah and the team were supportive and professional throughout, making the whole experience straightforward and reassuring.

We did encounter a couple of minor issues after the sale, a total of 14 small snags and a leaking shower and a loose sink most recently, but the customer service team were brilliant in handling all of them. Response times were rapid and every problem was resolved fully. The repair team in particular deserve a mention, they are consistently quick, always go above and beyond, and never leave a job until it’s right.

A special thank you to Andrew, who manages the repairs and whose professionalism and dedication really stand out. It’s rare to deal with someone who takes such genuine ownership of getting things sorted.

The one area I’d flag for improvement is the overall time taken to complete the bathroom fix, it did run longer than we’d have liked. That said, the quality of the finished work was excellent, which counts for a great deal.

Overall, a company that clearly values its customers well beyond the point of sale. Would recommend with confidence.

Abi was lovely and is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and more. We enjoyed the showrooms and being able to compare with our thoughts and ideas. We will definitely be returning for when the house and plot site that feels right for us.

From requesting a brochure to appointment to discuss options and viewing properties -they were absolutely amazing. Explained everything in detail, was very open about everything. Showed us different types of houses and part exchange options and incentives that come with it. Definitely worth recommending if you are looking for smooth experience in purchasing new build.

Very friendly and warm welcome by Louise at Earls Park in Holmewood, Chesterfield. Fantastic location, sizeable rooms and quite a few offers. Louise took us around, patiently answered all our questions and was extremely helpful. Will certainly recommend for those looking for new build in the Chesterfield area.

We had an issue with our french doors in Stewart's Quarter, Rosyth. We had a lovely man from the customer care team, Andy Jones, come promptly to complete the job. It was done very quickly and to a great standard. Andy is very personable and professional, I would feel comfortable approaching him for any problems I may need fixed in the property.

I’ve had a really great experience so far with Avant. Special shout out to Andy Jones who sorted our door, the two site managers and Hollie, who have all been great.

Customer services absolutely shocking, leaving wet tarmac outside our house. Then the tarmac hasn’t set its still tacky, rang up to complain greeted with the most rude and unprofessional women ever called TANYA from customer services, never buy a house from this company you will live to regret it!!!

Just wanted to leave a review for a very deserving avant team member. Darren has been to sort some snagging issues on a couple of occasions and his work and dedication to his job is outstanding! My overall experience with avant has been fantastic, I live on the Viridian Meadows development!

Without a doubt the worst experience of my life. The process and service from Avant is painful, littered with errors and issues throughout.

You can judge a company on the way they deal with issues and thus far, Avant’s approach is to deny culpability and refuse to engage with the customer.

My advice. Look for other developments - don’t put yourself through it with these cowboys.

We met with Abi on Sunday to look round the new builds at Bingley. I had been emailing with Abi before this and she was brilliant, very informative and really easy to approach especially when we visited on Sunday. she went above and beyond to answer our questions and really made it clear what they had to offer , there was no question she couldn’t answer.
