We do not sell Discount ESP out our dealership but they are the easiest to deal with outside of the VSC contracts we sell. I wish other companies made it that simple to file claims and receive payment.

Alex was a great help in selecting the coverage that meets my needs and budget. He was professional, answered all my questions and quickly processed the service contract.

I found a problem with the fork seals on my 2017 Harley Road Glide. I took it to my dealer for repairs. They submitted a claim to Discount ESP and they promptly paid the claim. Can't ask for more than that.

Mr Salazar was a great help. He was able to answer all of my questions and help me get set up with an ESP that best suits my needs for my ride. I look forward to working with him again and getting additional ESPs for my other motorcycle later on and maybe even my cars.

Not very happy with discount ESP.

They take forever to get around to handling your claim and your bike is in the shop for a long time. Then they decline most of the items.

Just had a friend who has discount ESP and he was declined an engine, even though he did all of the oil changes and services, and had proof of it. Very disappointed. The program looked so good and they promised so much but then it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone and they end up declining most claims.

No hassle parts fixed in good time frame great coverage to have

Franko was very informative on which plan would work best for me, walked through the process and explained in detail, also can't hurt they was having a valentines special so extra savings!!!

It was approved in a timely manner, which made it great.
