Paint was an exact match for my 3rd Gen 4Runner (Thundercloud). My first time doing a DIY fix. Product worked well. Will buy again (if another fender bender happens).

I've been ordering from Automotive TouchUp for years now and have always been satisfied with the shipping time and the quality of the paint. Always a perfect match to my factory paint. I will continue to shop with this company.

Ordered paint a couple of years ago for my wife's Toyota van. It was excellent match and went on perfectly. Decided to use them again on same van but a slightly larger repair. It takes awhile to receive the paint. Once I received it, I noticed the base coat was not only lighter but didn't cover that well. I decided that I needed more base coat and ordered again. This time the base coat covered much better. Clear coat also covered very well but needed two cans to properly do the job. No sure I'd order again since base coat was not as good a match as prior.

I have purchased from this company several times in the past, and they never seem to fail my expectations. The paint was a perfect match. The supplies that came with the kit were more than enough for my prep and final finish. This is my go-to paint people!

I liked working with the Automotive Touchup Customer Service as they were friendly and helped me estimate how much spray can paint, I would need to touch up my Rav4: from the primer, base coat and clear coat. Jessica provided me with professional service and even made a change order for me. Jessica was courteous at all times during my phone order. I would like to see Jessica receive a letter of appreciation and possibly a cash award from her supervisor. The base coat matched perfectly. I will use Automotive Touchup again and recommend them for paint materials.

I placed my order for the touchup paint kit on 9/15/25 and never received the product. Have been trying to speak with customer service for several days without a response. Today, 10/7/25 all calls to Automotive Touchup are going to voicemail. Pretty frustrating.

While I have not used the product yet, it was very easy to get everything I needed from the same place. I'll be painted with the product 3 weeks from now hopefully.

Purchased their "exact and perfect match" touchup paint for 2023 Kia Sorrento with a perfect paint without any paint color degradation. I just needed to touch up some hood chips. I touched up most of the front bumper with just one area. I found out that the color was darker. I sent an email to their C/S dept (Kacie). After weeks I get a reply stating you have 30 days get any issues resolved. She said send pics and we will get back to you. Again weeks and no reply. Contacted Mgr Paul. He finally emailed back stating your SOL you had 30 Days. I live in Florida with temps at 80 at 6am and 90 at 8:30. Application instructions indicate do apply with these temps. Bottom line the touch up is not exact or perfect and they know it and will not refund or remedy. Do Not use this company as the product is not Exact. The company knows that. There customer service when you call is poor and they reside at home. Mgmt does care about you a reasonable request to resolve it when they know its not exact after 40 day application. Are you kidding me. Do not purchase and risk there lies. I went to my dealer and got an exact match.

Paint match wasn't very good. Used my VIN to increase accuracy, but sill pretty far off. I've gotten touch-up paint from several sites and this is one of the lower-quality ones. Took quite a while to get my order, so I had hoped it would match well.

First time I bought from Automotive was during covid, took some time, I get that, no issues. 2nd time just a month ago, ordered and 2days I got a shipping update, and it was a lot of paint. Got the packaged and was working on the Wifes Volvo, got everything ready to paint, and started to paint and could not believe the color match, Car is 25 years old, and the paint is a dead-on color, you can't tell i painted it, it's a flawless match and that was with a rattle can. Can't wait to see my next order of premixed gallon does.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order, placed on August 28th. After placing the order, I received no updates regarding its expected delivery. I attempted to contact their customer service multiple times via phone and email. Each phone call resulted in a 15-minute queue followed by a disconnection, and the option to leave my number for a callback was unsuccessful. My emails also went unanswered. It was only after my fourth email that I was informed that paint is mixed only once every seven days. I finally received a shipping notification, but the order has been in transit for over five days, currently stuck between Louisiana and Houston, Texas. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating due to the lack of communication and poor customer service. I will not be ordering from this company again, and I would caution others against doing so if they are not prepared for significant delays and frustration.

Ordering process easy, shipping efficient, happy with the products. Color was a shade darker than car color.

I had purchased some touch up paint for my daughter's car which in the first place took quite a long time to arrive, that's the first complaint. Second, her grandparents paid for a car wrap at the same time unbeknownst to me and so no longer needed the touch-up paint. When I went to ask for a refund and notified them that the paint had never been opened used Etc they had told me because the paint was custom mixed and made to order that they cannot refund my order. This should be something that is clearly stated on the front page of the website or certainly before you go to click the purchase button to make sure that this is what you 100% want. There's nothing like that anywhere that I saw. I'm sure it's in the fine print somewhere or you have to go digging to be able to find the policies so it just seems like a real bait and switch operation. This is even in the face of some reviews stating that color mixing is incorrect at times. So what do they do in those type of situations give them the same response? I am clearly not happy with their service and I would advise you as a fellow consumer to be aware highly before you engage in business with Automotive Touchup.

I purchased the complete kit and the instructions from sandpaper progression to the finish buffing was top notch. Color match was spot on and the nozzle on the spray cans produced a great end product. Definitely recommend and would buy again!

Availability of matching paint makes it possible to keep vehicles longer. Impossible to do this locally.

Automotive Touchup provided the necessary supplies to perform the touch up as well as matching the color to my vehicle. The process was easy and the instructions were clear with the YouTube videos on their website.
