Well they just don’t work.
All lights show errors.
The dual brightness tail/stop lights barely register for the brake and are brighter than the fog lights.
Just a waste of £80 really but not completely your fault.

I was promptly advised online by an ABD employee when I submitted an enquiry, whether the Farad Wind Deflectors I wanted to purchase, would fit on my crossover 58 Reg Ford Fusion + and they did indeed!!! I appreciate the knowledgeable reassurance from the ABD staff member regarding the product suitability for my make and model of car and I will certainly continue purchasing more products from ABD in the foreseeable future.

ABD had the bulbs I required in stock and they sent them quickly. Great service and no issues. Will definitely use them again when needing bulbs.

I ordered a set of wind deflectors for my car which did not fit when they arrived. I have been awaiting information from their supplier of how to fit these which still has not arrived. So I returned and they will not refund postage because I have not awaited a reply from there supplier, I give them over 2 weeks for this information. I brought a pair from another supplier with different fitment and now have no problems. ( they would have never fitted unless I cut the plastic)

Shocking customer service, do not use!!!

After many many attempts of ordering a py21w 581 anti hyper flash from all major sites with no luck then ABDs version works perfectly. Their customer service was excellent after I thought I'd ordered wrong item but turned out to be a mis pick as very similar .after a they called me just to clarify and make sure a replacement was the right one it arrived the next day .

Used these guys a few times now. Website is great - put registration in and all options are displayed for bulbs and wiper blades (yes, they do those despite the name). Absolutely zero problems with orders or delivery. Highly recommend.

Been a customer for years and they are still my go to for car bulbs. Such an easy way to find out what bulbs you need by entering your reg number, so helpful. Plenty of purchase options, brands and stock. Fast delivery and well packaged. Great prices. I hope these guys continue for years and years as I will continue to be a regular customer. They are always on my to-do list when planning a driving holiday or before a service or MOT.

Ordered a set of number plates from them. When they arrived, one had a mark 'built' into it. It wasn't huge. But, when you buy something brand new, you'd expect it to be free from any blemishes. They refused to change the one affected plate because "it didn't affect the lettering"... So I cancelled the entire order within 14 days of delivery, as per Consumer Rights Act 2015, and returned the plates. They again refused to refund me. So instigated a Visa Debit Card Chargeback via my bank. Just got an email confirming that the money has been refunded to my account by Visa. I didn't get a refund for the return postage, as the law requires. So I am a little out of pocket... But at least this company hasn't got my original money. They'll probably respond with some nonsense about it being a 'custom order' because it's a number plate. It DOES NOT MATTER. In law a defect is a defect. irrespective of being a custom order or not. Their own terms and conditions state they would replace or refund if there was a defect!!! In my experience, they are UNTRUSTWORTHY & UNRELIABLE!

UPDATE: As expected, they responded with the usual explanation... This time attempting to make the blemish even smaller than it was. Ignoring the fact that they have already accepted it was a defect in the emails to me and in their response to this review. However, what appears to elude them, is that VISA, independent in this, looked at the evidence - including PHOTO'S - showing it to be far larger than they are now stating! And VISA decided I was in the right and ABD were in the wrong! Some people just cannot accept LOSING!

Based on my experience. It is possible that if you have an issue, they will ignore UK Consumer Law and not refund you or reimburse you for returning the defective item - as they may lawfully be required to do!
