This dealer has deeply disappointed me.
I bought a new car whit AUTOMOBILE CONDEIXA, but during the inspection, I discovered that the documentation was not in order. As a result, I couldn't legally use the car for a month. This forced me to cancel my planned vacation and rent a car.
After some time, the dealer proposed a date to legalize the paperwork, but it conflicted with other important commitments I already had. Moreover, the inspection was scheduled at a location 420 km away from my home and was to take place at 9:30 in the morning. This meant I would have to book a hotel and pay for the fuel costs myself.
Despite these difficult circumstances, the dealer completely let me down. Now, six months later, the car is still not approved. I organized the inspection myself, but I'm still waiting for the correct documentation. The dealer even refuses to reimburse the €124 inspection fee, while I still have to use a rental car because the car I bought is not yet legal. I have lost three working days traveling to the inspection.
Additionally, I have submitted multiple requests to borrow a car, but I received no response.
I am still driving a rental car and paying the costs myself. Avoid this dealer! They abandon you and sell cars with incorrect documents. Had I known this, I would never have bought a car here! It has been months of misery, and I have lost three days traveling for the inspection.
