Avoid this company at all costs. Predatory and unprofessional.They prey on people who are in a desperate spot. I was given a "false quote" only to be overcharged on the day and forced to use more movers than needed. They didn't even show up on the first day, making me wait four hours before rescheduling.When they finally arrived (late again), they were incredibly careless. They damaged my walls, broke my dehumidifier, and handled fragile mirrors without any protective gear.The worst part is the dishonesty. They admitted to overcharging me and promised a refund, but for the last month, they have completely dodged my calls. I even caught them on the phone once saying they were "at the courts"—given their track record, I'm not surprised. Do your research and stay far away from these people. They should not be in business.

Auckland fast movers should be called slow movers, probably more slow than a snail. First they arrived 1:30mins late. I ordered a 32 cubic truck, they came with a 20 cubic truck. The movers are two aged men and as such are quite slow, a move that should take 1 hr would end up taking 3hrs because of the slow pace they move. We had to practically move some of the items to speed up the process. The management are untrustworthy, charged me for 4hrs even though they told me that any second trip would not be charged because they came with a smaller truck. My TV cord was misplaced, and they couldn't even do anything about, kept calling afterwards but didn't get any support from them. They broke our Dyson vacuum cleaner and the manager said it was non of her business, that we should take it up with their insurance, nonchalantly. It was such a terrible experience with these guys. You are better off without using them!

Do not use! Auckland fast movers should be called Auckland slow movers. Booked for 9.30am and heard all the excuses under the sun. Got to 2.30pm and was told job had to be scheduled for 9am the next morning. Told them to cancel job & I’ll book someone more reliable. Terrible service and so very disappointed. Please do not even use them. They waste your time.

This seems to be a shady business. They charge you gst but do not provide you with a gst receipt. They claim to have insurance for any damage caused while relocating, but evade any claims and finally stop answering calls. I could not score any less hence 1*. Not reliable at all.

I hired 2 men and a truck to move to another location. I hired them for 2pm, they came at 11:30am bringing 3 people and charging us from 11:30am. They were so slow at moving. They said they will install furniture, it took them 1 hour to build a single bed. In reference it took two of my friends 20 minutes to install two beds by the time they still had not finished installing a bed. I had to tell them to finish that off and leave. They charged us extra for no reason.

Dishonest quote. Dishonest people. Indian workers good at taking their times for the job. Was over charged for a job, $700 for moving 12 cubic meters of boxes from within the house to the drive way, using 5.5 hours. I would take them to dispute tribunal if i wasn’t moving overseas.

DO NOT TRUST these people turned up over an hour late we’re reckless with the furniture and overcharging massively. All my things didn’t fit in the truck so job wasn’t completed. VERY DISHONEST

I would have given no stars if I could.We had booked a large truck/3 men and they said they would arrive between 8am-10am. At 10:10am I contacted them and they said that there was no booking and I hadn't confirmed it. However I have the emails saying this was confirmed and conversations about the moving day. The previous afternoon they had sent me an email saying that they would see us the next morning.
They then said they would arrange another company which they did but this company didn't turn up till after 6pm that night only to tell us that this was a "morning job" which we already knew. They ran out of time to finish and had to come back the next morning to move the rest of the furniture - charging me extra money for having to come back. When I contacted aucklandfastmovers about getting refunded the extra money we had to pay out because they hadn't come, they never answered. Don't use this company - it pays to pay the extra money for a well known company with good reviews.
