Does not respond to email requests. Have not seen any of my listings on Google searches, not "shopping" or a regular google search. Cannot find on Bing or other search engines either. I doubt this website submits to Google. I think I wasted a bunch of time posting . Free or not, You need to be found by a search engine to actually sell something.

It's easy and has a great UI - which is something I greatly value. I honestly hoped they'd improve their reports.

I've been using Atomic Mall since they opened. I had been looking for an alternative to the increasingly expensive eBay, and this place works well. As a seller, there are plenty of options to choose from on service levels, all of which are reasonably priced. You have a lot of choices when you list, and each listing includes up to three photos for no additional cost. You can choose plain text or use HTML - your choice.

The final value fees are a lot less than places such as eBay, so it is helpful to lower your selling costs. You do put a deposit down, but there are no monthly store fees - only a final value fee when something sells.

I've had no problems as a buyer either, with orders being handled in a timely manner. Note that every venue seems to allow foreign sellers, so be sure to read up about your seller before buying so you know what to expect. While Atomic Mall customer service is good, they cannot control everything a seller does, so like ANY venue, buyer beware and be careful.

The only real thing I would change about Atomic Mall is visibility. When I started, we had Google Base integrated into the listings, and traffic was decent. When Google Base closed their doors, it has been hard to get better traffic to the listings. That is something I hope Atomic is working on. The all-important traffic levels are down, and it requires a lot of promotion on the part of the seller to be seen.

I am keeping my store on Atomic Mall though - very pleased with the appearance, pleased with the options and pleased with the pricing. Now, let's work on that traffic!

i bought a comic here that was impossible to find on severl other sites. very happy with the quick shipping - price was kinda high, but well worth it for the rarity. will shop atomic again.

I ordered a product from Hottproducts4less from the atomic Mall. I paid, they took my money, and received no product. All contact information was bogus. I contacted Atomic Mall, who said they would check into it. Nothing happened and all contact stopped. Seller is still selling and no help from Atomic Mall. Now I have to go through Visa to get my money back. Do not use this company, just throw your money off a bridge instead. At least , then you can watch it fly away.

I always make a point to give good reviews to companies that provide over the top customer support, and this was my experience with Atomic Mall. I initially had a payment issue with one of their marketplace sellers, so basically gave up and abandoned the purchase, thinking I'd just look elsewhere. A few hours later their rep contacted me by email and asked if there was a problem. I explained what happened and together we got the solution. Order placed. Item received in good condition (a beautiful vintage oak hat rack), and I couldn't be happier.

In light of some less than satisfying deals I've had on other 3rd party marketplace sites in the past, I decided to try Atomic Mall for the 1st time, as they had a nice piece of crystal that I'd been searching for. Seller was open, honest and extremely communicative, which are deal makers for me. The delicate piece arrived intact and I immediately placed another order without issue. 5***** for Atomic Mall - no issues.

I sold there fort a short time in early 2013. They have no phone number that you can actually talk to a representative of this supposed company. I think it is actually a one man operation. I abandoned the storefront and shut the store down. I kept recieving bills from them so I finally communicated through email that I no longer operated a storefront there and to please close my account. They said I owed a few dollars (which I did not) but I paid it anyway to end my relationship with this joke of a ebay wannabe.

I continued to receive emails saying that I owed money and that the shop was still open. I have screen shots of not even selling anything for over a year. I have screenshots of where I paid that $5.00, or so, that they said I owed them. However they continued, for over a year, to email me monthly claiming I was incurring charges and needed to pay. They would always end the email with "If I did not resolve this issue they would call me on the phone". THEY NEVER HAVE!

Now they have resorted to threatening me with reporting me to a collection agency for monies in which I do not owe! I can not call them since they do not list a phone number other than a fax number.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BASEMENT OPERATION and eBay wannabe. I have emailed them once again to resolve this issue and if they do not get their records straight then I am going to have no choice but to enter into a internet wide smear campaign and contact the BBB, FTC, and the Commerce Dept. and report them on this site and any other reporting site (Rip Off Report).

If they extort $20.00 from everyone that had a store there and left they would be making some money. Sadly that is dishonest business practices and against the law!

My experience with AtomicMall was excellent. Ordered an antique
brass lamp from one of the stores there and it arrived a day
sooner than I expected. Before shipment I had a concern about one
of the things posted in the description, and the store owner got
back to me immediately with the information I needed. Overall, a
5 star rating. Will definitely shop here again.

i ordered a lingzhi diet pills last 25th Jan 2013, and i haven't received the products up to this date. they have charged my credit card. I emailed them 6 times and had not gotten any response from either Atomic Mall or from the seller, slimming gmail.com. I am going to report them asap. i need my money back. this is BS.....i am not going to trust any sites other than Amazon ,Macys,,, etc....

They are the WORST...I order a product on Jan 4th it is now Jan 26th I still have not received it a guy name Michael X. contacted me to make me feel better stating the USPS dont know the actual date and to following the tracking website he attached....This is BS.....I will Never, Ever in my life order Nothg frm these ppl Nomore....I tell they are the Worst....If somebody on this website is giving them a 4Star Trust me they work for the company......If it was a Rating for No Rate I would have Clicked that one......

My first time on Atomic Mall, I made an offer on an item that was accepted at a great price. Problem is, unknown at time of commitment for purchase, the item is in Viet Nam and from a seller with no feedback history. I do not buy under these conditions.

Bought a mic 3 month ago with tidal savings, got it 2 weeks later damage. Sent it back for an exchange they received it on sept 15 and said the will mail me the new one still waiting. I have been emailing them and no answer back. NO TRACKING #. contacted atomic mall and they said they will contact the seller. 4 days have passed and now i have no response from any of the two. WILL BE REPORTING BOTH

Same story as last review. Bought a microphone from Tidal Savings over a month and a half ago. The seller corresponded with me just long enough to make it where I could not dispute the charge with my bank anymore. No microphone, and Tidal Savings is keeping my $70. Will NOT be shopping with Atomic Mall again.

Bought a microphone from Tidal Savings 10 days ago. It was supposedly shipped USPS priority mail from CA. Nothing yet. No tracking provided.

Purchased DVD "The Story of GI Joe" over 8 days ago- used Paypal so they were paid Immediately and DVD still has not shipped. Contacted AtomicMall and all I receive is a canned, apathetic response "Merchandise ships 3 days after payment and no shipments on weekends" Well it's been over 5 business days and still no shipment. Reporting to BBB

This site offers amazing customer service, no listing fees, low final value fees, and cutting edge technology. The site is easy to navigate and it is simple for sellers to set up their stores. The seller runs his/her store in the manner which suits them - for example, checks and money orders may be accepted. Up to 2000 items may be listed for free. Higher amounts of inventory require reasonable fees. To sell, one first must prepay $10.00 which is used as a bank for final value fees. There are no other set up costs involved. If Firefox is your browser, pictures may be uploaded directly from your computer - no hosting service needed. Technical support is stellar, with the owner available to personally answer questions via personal messages or the forums. No canned responses on atomicmall. I have registered at many other sites since e-lagoon became so greedy, with no success. Once I found atomicmall, I have once again been selling steadily and no longer fear listing and selling items. Atomicmall is the future of internet selling. It is a young company on its way to the top.
