Nice, friendly and honest service.
Jordan was and has been honest and transparent the whole time. Fitters have done an amazing job and corrected any minor issues along the way.
How the summerhouse lasts is to be seen but I have a good feeling and feel these guys and their company are honest and trustworthy

Placed an order for a 6x8 Shed in early spring 2024; Atlas delivered & installed my shed in July. Only a few days later taking a close look I noticed the shed door was shorter than its frame by about 5cm/2inches. Sent a photo to Atlas; they were arrogantly dismissive of my complaint, saying all their sheds have similar traits; I told their manager this is contrary to their hard copy brochure and website photos of their sheds!! Atlas eventually agreed to patch up the exposed area by nailing a piece of wood in the opening. It looked bad, I complained again and insisted that they must replace the door with the right length to fit the door frame. It was late December 2024; Atlas said they need to order a new door requiring a lead time of 5 months; Atlas install team turned up in late April 2025 for their 3rd attempt to cut to size and fix a new door to my shed. The installer always in a rush botched up the job for the 3rd time cutting the door too short looking the same as the original one; Atlas has demonstrated a very poor communication, dismissive arrogant response and unprofessional and very poor workmanship in my experience. I wish I could display photos of their install job here for would be new customers to see and judge for themselves and be vigilant during their shed installation.

Both installers extremely professional and helpful, very happy with the quality of my 18x9 studio, fitters were happy to video call to check the area prior to installation.

Deluxe Shed 10 by 8 ordered from Southern Branch end of August 2024, over 10 week delay with poor communicators. Was given a date 13Nov 2024 1pm. Did not turn up till 4.00pm to install in bad day light by clowns, no respect for product ,quality and handling of the panels and timber with some damaged caused. Attempt to rush install in with non functioning tools, no step ladder etc, one on the roof trying to lay the rubber lining and walking on it and no means to get down, left loose panels, ripples on rubber roof lining, required a revisit to correct. Installed captured on cctv of the install which was amusing and raised with Atlas Sheds, again poor communication in not replying to emails, phone calls and they were not concerned and dismissive of any complaints , though it is standard practice, was given a reason for their install behaviour as they were having a bad day. Lock not functioning and fitted poorly, WD40 was the response which supposedly magically fixes the issue - it did not. Disappointing, overall very poor experience, and poor customer relations and communication, despite sending pictures of the install

First class service from Jordan in managing the purchase & delivery process. He even instructed the fitters to put right & fix an issue that other idiot contractors had caused when laying the base, which they did before assembling the shed. First class service from the x2 fitters that delivered & assembled the shed. Very professional all around.

Was looking for timber to repair a 15 to 20 year old Atlas Sheds shed. Thought I'd go to Atlas to make sure it would be the correct thickness etc.
Sure enough they supplied the timber, price quoted was cheaper than a local diy outlet.
Apart from the expected roof re-felting and a coat of shed and fence paint the shed is still going strong.
Would recommend and use Atlas Sheds again.

Very pleased with Altas Sheds. They were able to do the whole job, from foundations to installation.

I had a 14x8 tantalised shed to store my fishing gear and lawn mower.

Very professional start to finish, the install team carried a card machine with them so didn’t need to deal with any cash.
