Do not deal with this company. They are a front for a Chinese organisation (Linksun Tek)

They claim to be "UK trusted and secure shipping store" but batteries come from China via diverse sources, mine had Swedish postage affixed. Asfa as I am aware Sweden is not part of the UK.

The delivery was slow and attemptsto progress the shipment met with silence.
They claim "genuine battery" open to question based on the one I got.
The battery actually was wrong despite the description, photograph etc. on the website. I had to explain to these experts what the differemces were.

They insited that I photograph the correct battery and send to them, They were slow to respond to any questions and were most frustrating to del with.

They eventually promised to replace with the correct item but insisted that I return the wrong one to CHINA!

Luckily I paid via PayPal nd got my money back but still feel cheated.

I consider that they misrepresent themselves on the website and suggest that anyone considering them should think again.

I thought this was a UK company, it is not. Six weeks for delivery. All emails requesting information ignored. After 2 weeks use the battery failed completely it will not recharge.

It took from ordering, through to delivery, nearly 10 days, i suppose to get the savings on the laptop batteries, and you are not in a hurry, this is acceptable. The Company informs you when they dispatch your goods, with a tracking number and carriers website details, after that wait about 5 days before live info on your shipment is available, then i started to track movements from china to netherlands, once the package was in uk it took 2 more days for royal mail to deliver, would i buy again if not in a hurry yes as savings are huge, battery is brand new well packaged doing the job. If you need in a hurry buy else where. patience is the secret with this company.

This is not a UK company it is based in China. I placed an order on January 7th 2016. When it was not received after 28 days I sent 2 website emails and 2 emails replying to their order received email which contained an incorrect tracking number. No response. I tried phoning the number on their web page - unavailable. I had no option but to escalate a paypal claim. On February 22nd I received an email from Customs who were holding the parcel as it did not comply and I had to provide various documents. I eventually received the battery on March 16th. 10 WEEKS after placing the order. In the meantime I had to buy another battery, so double the expense. This one arrived from Amazon in 4 days!!!!

Unfortunately, I did not check the ID of the website before I made an order to what I believed to be a UK company. On seeing that the payment was to be made to a person in China I immediately cancelled the order through their internal system - no reply was ever received.
I then raised a complaint via PayPal who were understanding and together we were able to refute the case and I got may money back.
Be aware that since shipping takes place from outside the EU, duties will be applied and I was able to work with the postal services and Customs to identify the package and since the seller did not ´supply any invoice to me nor customs we were able to agree that this was indeed a scam operation.
So, be advised and check the website for authenticity - Who is ID - is a good search term and ensure that you comply with good documentation practices.

I have ordered a "Genuine Lenovo battery" from the site. Initial communication was convincing, shipment arrived in time, but opening the box it turned out to be a used battery. My Thinkpad x300 is not functioning with it. I cannot complain, because this function on the site is not working. They do not reply to emails, so I have no chance to send the battery back to them and to claim my money back. I was trying to negotiate with them, but after a month of silence from their part I decided to turn to this forum. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

når det er en UK side går jeg ud fra varen bliver sendt fra UK, men den blev sendt fra hong kong, så jeg skal lige betale 260 kr ekstra i told og moms.. opkrævningen kom ikke med pakken, den kom med brev 4 dage senere, hvis de havde opkrævet mig penge med pakken havde jeg nægtet modtagelse, nu står jeg meget dårligere.. men jeg gider ikke betale alligevel..

They sold an "orignal battery" but sent a fake battery that is not regcognized by the laptop and does not charge.

Anche se sul sito parlano di DHL, UPS e Royal Mail, le batterie vengono spedite dalla Cina!
Evitate assolutamente di acquistare dall'Italia se non volete aspettare mesi la vostra batteria e pagare i dazi doganali.

One week for delivery, battery was wrong model (compatible but much larger, high capacity version which increases the weight and bulk too much for my use).
On the plus side they do answer emails. They reassured me about Sony batteries not having a chip in them. But they kept calling the battery a Sony battery when they clearly do not sell OEM batteries.

They are willing to accept a return but I have to post to China. Not impressed.
