Terrible experience, inaccurate product and nightmare to deal with.

Ordered dining table after the price was £100 less than elsewhere. Upon delivery, the table was found to be a very different colour and the quality was terrible.

Contacted to arrange collection and refund and this is where it became clear that this must be a standard sham practice they operate. Using pictures from other websites, they produce substandard produces which are then returned (minus the £70 collection charge).

The box it came in was bashed up and had been resealed multiple times so I must have been several unlucky recipients of this product.

Trying to claim section 75 through credit card as they have non existent customer service. Avoid.

Good quality and arrived quickly and are comfortable to sit on.

Quality is awful, stools have clearly been returned, one is cracked, wrong leg pairing , costly to return without anyway of actually being able to arrange a return! Painful consumer experience!

Found just what I needed with an easy access site. Next day free delivery was an excellent option and they didn't need too much assembling.They look good and are comfy. Couldn't want more

Great prices, good product. Quick delivery. Pretty good overall.
Slight problem with delivery being split into two, without clear signalling. The result was one part delivery came when I was out. I think split deliveries should be the subject of a clear email, either from the courrier or the supplier.
That the product required self-assembly was not obvious to me at time of purchase, which may have been my oversight, but perhaps clearer indication might have helped.
That said, the product was not easy to assemble, for me at least, and some of the holes were not fully drilled or had wood splinters which prevented easy assemble. If I had had some power tools, that would have made things easier. It took me an hour to do the first chair, but by the end, I was doing it in half that time.
The chairs are comfortable and look good.
The price was excellent.

Products exactly as advertised and delivered within the timeframe advertised. Very please with this company and would certainly use them again.
