I ordered an item back on January 17, 2021; it is now March 8 - still no item!!! I have never had such a horrible experience with a purchase. I will never buy from them again. The most unreliable and unprofessional retailer on line.

DON'T DO IT!!! I would have given this business zero stars but that's not an option. Horrible! I placed my order in January and it is now March. STILL no delivery. When I track my order, for weeks it states "Order status: Packing, Packed, Awaiting Shipment". This is simply unacceptable!

I would give 5 but the time it took to receive was a bit long. Thanks!

I purchased 3 jumpers and I love all of them.
They fit perfectly and look almost (slight colour difference) exactly the same as the picture of them.
It took a while for delivery, due to Covid, but worth the wait. I've already had complements 😃

I love the styling and quality of the items I purchased. Be warned that if did take about 45 days for shipping.

I placed a $150.00 order with this company Jan 8, 2021 and have never received any of the items I ordered or an email response from the company other than to say the order shipped Feb 6, 2021... it is Feb 17, 2021 and still no package. The worse online purchase and customer service ever.

horrible took forever to get the item - i tried to cancel the order several times they wouldnt let me. They kept saying the item shipped. I received the sweater yesterday its to small and horrible quality. I asked several times how to return it - no responds .

I had no idea that it was going to take so long to get my order however, I really love both outfits. I am normally a small in most clothes but I ordered mediums and am really glad I did as they seem to run on the small side.

This is a scam site they produce cheap copies of the clothes you see on their site. They have other sites in the same group I assume selling the same items . Avoid at all costs. they refuse refunds also

My order took well over a month to arrive which I fully appreciate given the current situation, but communication should have been better where this is concerned. The packaging that they arrived in absolutely stank and not only left the garments with a stench but my hands and the room too. Everything needed to be washed immediately.

I liked one out of three blouses. Two didn’t fit and one was perfect and I love it!!!

I was not happy about the amount of time it took to ship my items to me. I ordered them in November and did not receive them until recently. While I know UPS is slow right now, they were not even shipped by you until January. I also don't like one of them and would like to know how I can return it. The blue pants and shirt I ordered are very shiny and did not look like that online, the material feels cheap, and I don't like the way they fit. I am happy with the white sweater and the black sweatpants and shirt I purchases. Please let me know how I can return and be refunded for the purchase I don't like.

I ordered 3 tops and they were all super cute and such a great deal! Love them!
