Help When You Need It
While we haven’t filed a claim for benefits in the past few years, when we did reach out for support, our claims adjuster was very helpful, and we received a monthly short term disability payment quickly.

While they declined to quote me because I recently had surgery, they were very prompt in doing so. They did quote my wife, but we found more coverage with less cost from another company (that we have several policies with already)

Had an issue with logging in to make a payment
Had an issue with logging into our account, I called and the young lady was very nice! She took care of my issue and I was able to make the payment right then over the phone with her even though the people that could reset my password were already gone for the day.
