Faulty game and no meaningful response
Bought an Unlock “Escape Adventures” game (Squeek & Sausage scenario) which was faulty - multiple cards were printed without numbers, making it impossible to play properly. We had to stop several times and use walkthroughs just to continue, which completely ruined the experience.
As this is a one-play escape room game, the damage is done once it’s been spoiled.
I contacted Asmodee with photos. Their only response was a generic instruction to request spare parts (with a 6–8 week wait), which misses the point entirely. Replacement cards don’t fix a game that’s already been played in a broken state, and there’s no way to know if further faults exist until you’re mid-game.
I followed up to explain this and requested it be treated as a faulty product, but my further emails have been ignored.
Very poor product quality and even worse customer service.
