Simply the best!
OK let me first say that I had a problem with the delivery drivers, the only reason I even mention this is to highlight just how good the Asgard customer service is. They resolved all issues very quickly, totally exceeding my expectations and were both professional and personal at the same time, without doubt the best service I have received in a long while.
Now to the garage itself, I love good engineering and I believe that is exactly what they offer, the building went together superbly well, it was of much higher grade steel than I expected and attention to detail of design was excellent. (who says British manufacturing is dead?).
Just a couple of ideas that you may wish to look into, and this by no means takes away anything from the product but I thought may help with future development:
Instead of posi drive screw heads go with Torx, it really would help in my opinion.The only other thing I would consider for the motorcycle storage products that you see is a solid piece of flooring in the centre of the building around 12 inches by 12 inches to accommodate the centre stand of a motorcycle, we often have to put it on the centre stand when maintaining it such as chain lubrication and tyre changes, this little addition would be of great benefit.
Anyway my little ideas aside, I would whole heartedly recommend Asgard motorcycle storage to any real biker.

Thanks for the feedback, our design department does like a compliment! Any delivery issues, I can honestly say our customer service teams are unbelievable, it's not great that we do make the odd mistake, and trust me, we are all over batch numbers and sign off sheets if there is an issue (mistakes are less thank .5% of deliveries last time I checked, they tend to be pretty minor as well). We fix any issue instantly. The Torx head idea – yes, great minds think alike. We have explored this idea some time ago. The problem is we all have screw drivers, but we don’t all have a full engineering kit, so bikers, riders, etc., who “fettle” have plenty of tools to hand (thats me!), but the average gardener doesn’t have. So, when we tested the idea, Mr and Mrs Average couldn’t build the shed on arrival without a trip to Screwfix to buy a hex head. We were not popular!
We looked at adding in hex driver heads to our installation packs, but it all got complicated. Plus, we buy millions of these screws from a UK supplier; they are zinc-plated to prevent rust, and we can send out spare bags with no issue. We have a warehouse full, we are “proper British”, no imports is the rule! Hex heads seem to be all over sea imports. I do remember putting decking down, buying the screws, and finding they had an odd star head and the bit was missing from the box, and I had to go back to Wickes to get one – so I felt their pain.
The steel is a great point, Average Mr and Mrs hears 1.2mm steel, ooh that’s thin …. 1.2mm steel.. is so thick and so heavy, it's not 1.2mm plywood, it's rock solid and when fixed together!! It's the same with our stainless steel bits, until you lose your key and have to spend an age trying to cut your way in… you don’t appreciate how tough it is, though the weight when building the shed is a clue!

Hi, thanks for the feedback - I think delivery is around 6 weeks at the moment, it's our peak season, and the issue being the best is that we are in demand. Also, the two bank holidays in one month have not helped us keep up with the demand, in between our own holidays and last-minute customer delivery date changes (hot weather means a lot of last-minute getaways for people, let's face it, a few days at the beach in the sun, or waiting for a shed.... and building it in 32 degrees of heat...) we are getting back on track this week. Decade old Motorbike Plus Garage!
I have had my motorcycle garage for almost a decade and it is still in excellent condition. This includes dismantling and re-assembly at a different property. The shed had a few minor scuffs and scrapes (from the dismantling), but I have just ordered some touch up paint to keep it in peak condition. Hopefully it will last at least another decade!!!! Great product and for me was well worth the investment to keep my pride in joy safe!

I recently bought an Asgard cycle shed…
I recently bought an Asgard cycle shed from Asgard Secure Steel Storage and overall I’m really pleased with both the product and the customer service.
The shed itself is solid, secure and clearly built to last. The steel panels feel very robust, the locking system is reassuringly strong, and it looks neat and tidy in the garden without being an eyesore. It does exactly what I wanted — keeping bikes safe and protected from the weather.
There was a small issue when the shed was delivered as a couple of panels had minor damage. However, this is where the company really impressed me. I contacted customer support and Zarah handled the situation brilliantly. She was friendly, responsive and sorted the problem quickly and without any hassle. Replacement parts were arranged straight away and the whole process felt smooth and professional.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Despite the minor delivery hiccup, the way it was resolved has left me very confident in recommending Asgard to others.
Overall: great product, excellent service, and a big thank you to Zarah for the quick help. Highly recommended.

From order to delivery this company has kept me fully informed. Item arrived exactly when they said it would.
Customer service was excellent. When it was discovered that a part was missing from the delivery, they immediately swung into action to ensure that it was sent as soon as possible - together with the assembly team to complete the job.

Thanks for the feedback, Leadtime is 6 / 7weeks at this moment in time. This is unavoidable, sadly, despite our investment this year in delivery vehicles, our products are so popular (and made individually to order and delivered only by us) that demand is huge. Regarding the China lead time, yes, all sorts of products can be sourced from China. There are plenty of lookalike Asgard sheds out there. I know some British manufacturers buy their sheds in bulk from China and assemble them here in Britain.
Simply put, we make everything here and buy UK-sourced items (apart from our lights), which works in our favour in terms of quality, durability, and consistent supply. We have recently picked up a large contract based on our supply chain. The contract in question was buying product from overseas (via a UK manufacturer), all of which got stuck, and then caused all sorts of supply issues – current figures from our own freight contacts show sea freight checks from China at 45 days on arrival to UK ports. So, 18 days for a large product like an Asgard shed is excellent. Smaller tech goods are much quicker, though.
Generally speaking, our delivery times always come down as the season gets going, though.
