All round quality product - I wouldn’t bother with any other shed

We have just taken delivery of our Centurion 11 x 5 shed in grey with floor and shelves and hooks. What an amazing shed. Good communication between buying and receiving shed. Very solid and perfect size for storing ebikes. I ordered 2 extra metal shelves as they are great for storing tools etc.

The driver who delivered was absolutely brilliant but the shed it's self was damaged on a couple of panels but managed to straighten out my self hope the next one I've already purchased comes ok

After a slight hiccup with delivery the motorcycle shed arrived and with a friend put it up in about 3 hours (not rushing)
It is a very sturdy unit and ideal for my Triumph America
Upon completion I noticed the guttering brackets had not been included however a quick email resolved the issue with help from Zarah Jallani at Asgard
They were posted the next day

Good advice when I rang helpline pre ordering

I found the website excellent with lots of information clearly laid out, excellent pictures of the the bike storage we wanted it even had British athletes giving their endorsement what could be better? the measurements you need are there comprehensively laid out in a printable format.

Glad we could find the paint for our shed delivered quickly and kept updated

I purchased an Asgard Motorcycle shed a number of years ago as a secure place to store my tools and lawn mower and power tools. The quality and services were great and it has provided many years of service and is as good today as it was when I bought it.
My son has just moved in to his first home and I have purchased him one for him to store his power tools and Lawn Mower.
The service and process of ordering and delivery was easy and we were kept informed at all times about the delivery.
The delivery driver was very helpful and the quality of the UK manufactured product had not changed over the years.
The assembly instructions was easy to follow and the shed was easily erected on a prepared base.
Great secure product, great customer care service and made in the UK.
It was good to be able to purchase a quality product Made in the UK and I would fully recommend the company for any one wanting a secure storage shed.

Really quick delivery to North of Scotland, easy to assemble (put up myself in a couple of hours), quality product that will stand the extreme weather and would be a challenge for any thief to get into I would think and it would not be a quiet entry. Well worth the money.

Order two packs of hinge screws and after 7 days they are still no here

Moved house recently and lost one of the gas strut connectors, I received a replacement free of charge within 3 days.
Great customer service.

I bought the Trojan Plus but found out after delivery that it doesn't come with any of the items featured in the photos. It's in the small print. Also the screws for fixing to the concrete don't fit their pre-drilled holes properly, they end up twisting and buckling against the metal shed floor. I contacted customer service and they told me I can buy the extras and the screws were fine.

In the end, I gave up trying to talk with them and bought the extra accessories for the interior. I fixed the shed to the floor using my own rawplug screws (smaller diameter, correct size) and bricks lodged in the corner.

Never had any offer for their fitters to visit and correct the pre-drilled hole issue, no offer of a discount to match what would have been the cost if I'd seen their small print and bought a bundle deal, nor any acknowledgment that their photo gallery is a mis-representation of the product.

Given this product is very expensive, I expected better. It wasn't as simple or customer friendly as I thought it would be. I wouldn't buy again.
