Really simple process. Follow the step by step guide. Use the post paid documents; wrap the old item up well; get PO receipt. 3 days later, phone arrived at destination; one day later, phone accepted per advice sent. 2 days later, agreed phone value paid into my PayPal account. Could not have had an easier experience. Wish I got a LITTLE more for the old item!

I elected to trade-in my Apple Watch and receive my trade-in payment via Bank transfer. I sent my Apple Watch to them using their pre-paid packaging and received confirmation of its receipt and condition within a couple of days.
The company then sent an email stating payment had been made and it should be in my bank account within 2 hours. By the end of that day payment still hadn’t been received so I emailed their customer services the following morning.
They replied confirming that payment had indeed been made so I asked them what bank account it had been paid in to, they provided my bank account name, the last 4 digits of my account no and the sort code.
I then realised to my horror the last digit of the sort code was wrong and realised I had made a mistake and had mis-typed it when I originally filled out my watch and bank details.
I contacted them again and provided the correct sort code and asked if they could help retrieve my payment.
Within a couple of hours I received a notification of a payment into my bank from my bank app and to my relief the money was present and correct.
This was service above and beyond from “MTR Group” which is the company Argos use for their trade-in service and I would have no hesitation in using their trade-in service again and can thoroughly recommend them.
