We have recently had an artic cabin/bar installed in our garden. The whole process from ringing and speaking to Ian at Nottingham to the installation by Jordan and Dale was beyond top class. I can't even think of anything negative to say even for something tiny! The quality of the cabin is excellent too so if you are looking for a cabin don't spend time trying to get one a bit cheaper on line go and see the quality of these and you won't be disappointed 😀

I bought my cabin from the Studley site, plenty of choice and very helpful service. John made it sound fantastic and it lived up to every word. The most professional company to deal with from start to finish and the cabin is loved by everyone!

We purchased a 14m2 cabin with a 4 meter bar extension and wow , this cabin is amazing.
The whole team at Arctic Cabins couldn’t have been more helpful, from start to finish the whole process was bliss.
The fitters were really friendly and very helpful.

I love my seven metre cabin and the whole buying experience. Very easy and everything is included in the price. Even a fire extinguisher and CO2 detector. The cabin is incredibly well made and only took four hours to erect in the garden. I only wish I had bought one sooner.

Randomly, whilst property hunting, we saw a house with an Arctic Lodge in the garden, and we were intrigued by it.
We subsequently decided not to move, but we had the bug, so I found Arctic Cabins online and arranged a visit to their Nottingham centre.
I met with George on site, and he could not have been more helpful. He gave us all of the information we needed, but without any hard sell tactics - that would have switched me off straight away.
We left feeling very impressed and had made the decision to buy one, but as it was a relatively large financial investment, I carried out a bit of due diligence just to be 100% certain.
Unsurprisingly, there are cheaper alternatives out there, and when I discussed this with George, he very professionally addressed my questions, alleviated any concerns, and ultimately provided the reassurance I needed that the extra spend was justifiable and sensible, so we proceeded with the purchase.
The Lodge was installed on 2nd April, and I am absolutely delighted with it.
I've already hosted two "gatherings" and we have loved being sat around the firepit, talking, eating and drinking.
The quality of it is superb. Everything feels solid and so well put together.
I know I could have got something cheaper, but I can see exactly where the extra money has gone, so I know I have made the right choice. It has been a fantastic investment, and I will use it for many years to come.
If you are in the market for one, I would strongly recommend visiting Arctic Cabins and take a look. George was superb, the admin and finance staff were great, and the installers were mega-efficient, clean and tidy.
All in all, a superb and professional experience from start to finish and one I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Artic Cabins from start to finish. Ian was our first point of contact, he was very approachable and informative and he guided us through the process very well. The day of installation was seamless. A two man team arrived at 7am on the dot as planned and finished building our 7m cabin completely by 11.30am…wow the whole process was simple and quick. If you are thinking of having a cabin I would definitely recommend Artic Cabins…genuine, efficient and professional.

Great buying experience of a good quality product - the install and service staff are personable, clean and tidy, and the after sales is quite remarkable - We did have some problems post install, but they were here within a week and sorted them out pronto. It's a measure of quality how companies deal with errors as not everything in life is predictable - Arctic Cabins were excellent. I would recommend them highly

The product is amazing. The guys who installed the cabin were super efficient, erected it the correct position with great attention to detail. Whole build went really well and in no time I was sitting in my beautiful cabin cosy and warm.
The cabin with some great little touch even down to a box of matches.
Great for family and friends to gather together round the fire with the the barbecue on or just a log fire to keep warm.
Great company who went out of the way to make sure I could enjoy this new addition to my garden and takes pride of place.

We recently purchased and had an Arctic cabin installed, and I just wanted to take a moment to recognise George for the outstanding service throughout.

From the initial discussions through to completion, George was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to deal with. He kept everything running smoothly, communicated clearly at each stage, and made sure the installation was delivered exactly as promised.

A great company to deal with! From George the sales advisor, the guys who built the base for us, Josh and his crew who built our cabin(even atrocious weather did not phase them), the gentleman who painted our cabin,and, not forgetting Simon the electrician who was recommended by Cabin Master. All were fantastic! Kept us informed at every stage of the build, worked extremely hard and were a pleasure to have around!

Great experience from start to finish. The installation of a 10m2 cabin with a bar extension was amazing thanks to Adam and Todd. They got the majority of the cabin up in one day returning to do finishing touches the next day. Expertly installed. Exemplary finish and great quality. Overall would 100% recommend Artic Cabins.

The service we received was brilliant, helpful and no pressure at all. Our cabin was put up and the lads were very polite and certainly knew what they were doing. We have yet to varnish due to the poor weather and then we can have our first night in there. We also appreciate the Facebook group that they encourage you to join as lots of help and experienced people on there. If you are going for an arctic cabin, I would definitely use this company.
