I made a purchase for these gorgeous crystal shot glasses via Archibald of London. Unfortunately, they sent a set of their highball glasses in the same beautiful diamond cut. These were just too beautiful to return. Instead, they gave the highballs to me at the price of the shot glasses, then sent the shot glasses to me at a discount all while absorbing Trump's tariffs. I might have to get the cocktail glasses next. Geesh, they are so lovely. Additionally, Natalie at Archibald was a delight to work with. I highly recommend this gem of a shop.

I've bought four pairs of shoes from Archibald over the years and I'm very happy with the craftsmanship and quality. They've lasted brilliantly and the pebbled deerskin sneakers in particular are extremely comfortable. There were delays with the despatch and delivery of one of my orders but I was happy to wait and can report that I got answers about progress promptly from a named member of staff. So, overall - worth it for a great pair of shoes.

I purchased the ULTRALight Mid-top Sneakers in Pebbled Deerskin in black/black. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. They feel like I'm wearing slippers. The craftsmanship is on point and the quality is what you'd expect. I highly recommend these shoes.

These guys have a slick marketing campaign saying all the right things. They cut out the middleman and go straight to the artisan with the best products and finest materials ...blah blah blah. Whilst what they say makes sense and sometimes they appear to deliver on this their execution is absolutely pants - terrible. The customer service is non existent at best and unresponsive. When they do get in touch it's almost funny as they gaslight any experience.

I bought a couple of shoes from them when it was later found to have fraudulent manufacture. I never got my shoe and was convinced to wait. I waited then was sent a shoe that belonged to someone else. It didn't fit and now I was told it's mine and they will relist it. I waited like a fool many years for them to resolve it and they just lied to stop giving me my money back.

Utter nonsense and just stay away for the headache.

I have been following them from the start of the StyleForum collab days. Bought a pair of sneakers in stock that I absolutely loved. Have recommended them to many friends over the years. The quality of the shoes is great, the style is great. If you order items in stock, the whole shipping is okay-ish.

However, if you pre-order anything, be mentally prepared for a ride. Using an amazing promo they allegedly sent in a targeted way, I have ordered two pairs of sneakers on Jan 2025 with estimated delivery date in April 2025. Come May 25 and nothing delivered and/or updated, I started nudging the support only to be receiving generic nothinburgers in response. Sometimes it is about the quality of the leather being not up to a standard, then shipping delays, then Italian artisans not working for the whole month of August. Fast forward to 9 months since the order instead of initially advertised 3 I receive one of the pairs. The quality is great, but it has been 9 months, and where is the other pair? Well, there is a story for the other pair as well: damaged label on the shipment that contained the shoes and so on. I am writing from the USA, there has been a lot of uncertainty with tariffs, so I am grateful for them to cover that at no cost for me, but come on. It has been 10 months since the order, I am still waiting for the second pair to arrive. There is little to no communication from them on the progress. Cherry on top? They asked me to leave an unfiltered review for the pair that has not arrived yet ><. Before ordering go read the old affiliate thread on the styleforum, just to make sure you are aware of the risks. Better yet, do yourself a favor and just order from Goral.

Ironically enough, they have sent me an email asking to post a review on their site for the pair that is still missing. The ask was to concentrate on fit, feel, and finish. I posted the smirky review saying I wish I could, but the pair has not arrived yet 10 months since the order. The review is deleted now, less than 24 hours later. No follow up from them. Make your own conclusions.

Well, more updates: my review on their site is available again. As I have received the shoes today, I also updated the review to focus in craftsmanship, which is superb. The overall experience and an aftertaste remains largely the same as the title says.

Final update: the team reached out to me to try to make things right. They seem to be eager to get to the bottom of the issues. They explained the reason the review on their site was hidden for a while, and it makes sense. I wish them the best, time will tell if they really fixes the logistics.

I ordered the Court Classics in white and man do they look good! Can't say enough about their customer service either, I had updates in my email regularly on my order status from begining to end. Can't recommend enough!

I bought some vicuña knit wear and ultralight sneakers. I must say, these sneakers are absolutely MAGIC. Don’t get me wrong , the vicuña is amazing! The price was so competitive next to other brands like LP so this was a no brainer. My order was handled very professionally with customer service and am thankful. Thank you archibald!

Bought from them once. Shoes were decent. However, they’ve never stopped sending me spam emails. No amount of unsubscribe requests make any difference. Not a trustworthy company.

I got these shoes from Archibald London and I loved them! I bought my last pair in 2022 and they have been really durable. I just ordered another pair. Can’t wait for them to arrive. The fit is really pleasant. I would recommend!

Zero customer service/delay with no communication.

I used to buy other brands but, when I came across this gem of a website and brand, it was hard to believe that such a thing even exists. I noticed the ultralight sneakers which are so soft and are indeed ultralight! They are clean and go with every outfit! I think for the classic and minimal person, this is for you! The price is great too! I bought so much Vicuna and I enjoy buying things at this price point because it is so much more expensive at other big brands. Customer service helped me through and through with sizing and overall, I know that I had to wait but for me, it was worth it because the process was smooth. I am happy to be a customer and will continue to buy more

Extreme headache for a product that never arrived. Production delays continually pushed back delivery estimate by months at a time, without any communication from Archibald London. Customer service had no interest in making things right and even refused to cancel/refund my order.

Ended up having to request a chargeback, and my credit company quickly sided with me - it was not difficult to demonstrate the absurdity of the situation.

Learn from my and other reviewers' experiences and stick with brands that have a reputation to maintain.

I ordered - and paid for - a pair of shoes in Nov 2023. Nothing. I was kind of ok with a Feb 24 delivery, but they send lame emails promising to keep updated and with stories of being let down by suppliers and staff ending up in hospital. I can accept that, but when they say they will keep me updated weekly, and do not do it at all, I am feeling like I have been sucked into a scam.

I wish I could give zero stars. Be extremely careful with this company and read their terms and conditions thoroughly—if you have the patience for their ridiculously long and convoluted terms. Buried within those terms are highly restrictive clauses designed to trap customers.

They make it seem like returns and refunds are straightforward and free, but that's far from the truth! Instead of a refund, they only offer store credit, which is utterly useless given their unreliable service.

I ordered a pair of white sneakers in March 2023, with a promised delivery date in June 2023. Since then, the delivery has been delayed not once, but four times! The latest promised delivery date has been pushed to October 2023. Each time I reach out to customer service, I receive generic, scripted responses with no real solution. They refuse to refund or cancel my order, despite the unreasonable delays.

This company does not operate in “good faith.” It’s evident they are a struggling startup facing severe supply chain issues. They seem to be on the brink of collapse, and by placing an order, you are taking a significant risk.

Do yourself a favor and stay away if you want to avoid the stress and frustration of having to fight for your rights as a consumer. Save your time, money, and sanity—shop elsewhere!

Archibald is one of the very few honest, transparent, and customer-forward companies. I know they’ve had a hard time in the past, but they’re making up for it, and they certainly deliver!
The support team is great and helpful, not to mention the products! I truly recommend them and their products, which are truly exceptional.

They are promoted as some of the best leather sneakers on the market. First of all, the sneakers are expensive. I have later found other brands with the same quality with much lower price. And believe me, I understand leather sneakers (leather inside-out, Margom soles etc.) The Archibald London sneakers are great quality, but the fit is horrible. They are nice to be kept on a shelf and admire the quality, but to wear them I would give 3/10. The width and the shape is strange. I am not sure which community advices were they following. All in all, will not buy again. I really wanted to love these. Expensive mistake.

I'd love to write a positive review about the sneakers I ordered 13 months ago. Unfortunately, I haven't received them and as each day slips past with no communication from Archibald, I fear I'll never see my order and possibly no apology either.
Reading some other reviews I don't think my experience is unique. Be wary or very very patient if you're thinking of handling over your money.

I’ve bought a range of exquisite pieces from Archibald over the last few years - superb deerskin sneakers, luscious vicuña scarves and the like. The artisanal quality and feel hark back to a different time - a time of pride in craft that was railroaded over by mass manufacturing and the vacuities of brand marketing. OK sometimes there have been some hiccups in logistics as the realities of small scale supply chains and global disruptions interfere. I accept these in good grace for the privilege of having exquisite merchandise at remarkably reasonable prices and the pleasure of being part of a growing global community reasserting the primacy and dignity of craft and trade at the highest level. A little bit of the old Japanese obsession with perfection and quality in a European idiom. May this glorious experiment succeed!

I never knew that this very expensive item would be so worth it! I had done some research prior to my purchase of my Vicuna item and learned that for what I bought, it cost double in Loro Piana and other brands that carry this fabric. Well done to the founder for pricing this so fairly!! will come back for it all!!
