Highly recommend this company. They sent a team out to sort our immersion leak within an hour and a half of phoning them, did a great job, and were cheaper than the British Gas quote we’d had.
APS are highly recommended on my local Facebook community page.I am very pleased that I used them for a boiler service and problem with my hot water. Dan the engineer inspired confidence with his knowledge,professionalism and efficiency.He was friendly polite and tidy.
I was impressed that he took the trouble to worked as quickly as the job allowed saving me money on his hourly rate.APS is not cheap but it was great to encounter such efficiency,commitment and great workmanship especially after a negative experience with a previous plumber. I immediately felt in safe hands with a responsible, trustworthy and excellent company.

Late for appointment - and rushed my job - he did not leave things tidy and leave the place as he found it - also he asked impertinent questions hence deducted 2 stars
in regards knowledge / ability - he seemed to know what was where and how things worked so I think he was trained qualified in his trade
If he had been diligent and respectful of the property and punctual and also not in a rush I Would have awarded 4-5 stars
deducted 1 star for smearing the veracity of the review and for failing to have the courtesy or cognitive awareness that the author / employee of APS who has written the reply to my review should not add their own name / identify themselves particular given they are demanding further identification information from the reviewer - is there something missing in the human mind lately of the basic elements of communication. If you run a company and are very keen to read and then smear reviews due to identity issues why are you having such difficulty yourself with your own identity?!
when you yourself identify yourself with your full name and position in the company THEN the plumber will be identified

Firstly thank you for taking the time to leave a review, however I have requested more information from the reviewer so I can identify them as one of our customers as I am not convinced the feedback has been left for the correct company and I have not received a response. On the rare occasions we may be running late for an appointment we always contact our customers to inform them. Our engineers are always instructed to tidy up after themselves and not leave a mess. Therefore I am not convinced this is a genuine review. I requested further information to identify the customer/person who left the feedback so I could deal with the issues detailed in the feedback. We have various engineers and no contact was made to the office to make us aware of the issue stated in the feedback therefore I am unable to identify who the customer was and which of our engineers attended so that the matter can be dealt with accordingly and prevented from happening in the future. I have no problem revealing my identity I am the Office Manager Tanya. Please provide your invoice number so I can identify who our engineer was that attended.
Did not arrive for appointment and could not provide an alternative time.

Thank you for your review, firstly I would like to apologies for the mistake made on our part. It has prompted us to look at the situation and make some changes. Unfortunately the engineer that was booked to attend was held up at his previous job. In the heating & plumbing industry some jobs take longer than others and we can at times be delayed. We informed you of the delay and we were offering an alternative time slot, but you ended the conversation before we could help any further. We always endeavour to arrive at customers properties at the time advised, however occasionally things are out of our control and we may have to change the appointment time slightly.
Very disappointed with charging. Won’t be using again and couldn’t recommend based on above.
I requested a quote for a simple annual oil boiler service. Their fee was £145 for labour plus £70 for a flexible oil line and an oil nozzle. These 2 parts cost less than £20 on the net - I know because I have bought them. ASPS Ltd charges told me all I need to know about this company!
Fantastic service from APS, diagnosed a long standing issue for me (reverse flow) and corrected pipework. Friendly and knowledgeable, wouldn't hesitate to use again. They even tidied up! "Highly recommended"
Great service as always from APS very friendly company who knows what they are doing.
I'd recommend them to any body.

All Plumbing Services Ltd have been absolutely great, giving a first class service! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and I would not use anyone else now! Russell fixed my isolation valve on the boiler, and identified another issue that had been ongoing. He also came to the rescue with a toilet flush problem. No job too small. He has also helped my parents on my recommendation.
