I tried Apply Hero for almost 10 days now, and they have not applied to a single job. I wrote in the 'online chat' trying to see if I needed to do anything on my end and they're constantly 'offline'. I then emailed, and have yet to hear anything. Waste of money and waste of time.

It's a SCAM. Stay away. They simply designed a nice landing page and accept your money but the backend is simply not there. It applied to 0 jobs. They don't even have a customer support team. I contacted them through their chat, sent an email - no response! Just don't even bother signing up.

This is one of the worst products I’ve ever paid for. I subscribed to ApplyHero.ai expecting it to automatically send out my resume as advertised. It did absolutely nothing. No applications sent. No results. No value. I literally paid just to watch a dashboard sit there doing nothing.

When I realized it was useless and tried to cancel my subscription and delete my profile, things got even worse.
They did NOT cancel my subscription, continued locking me out, and on top of that blocked my account instead of deleting it!

This feels like a classic scam pattern:
- Overpromise with AI buzzwords
- Deliver nothing
- Make cancellation difficult or impossible
- Lock users out instead of resolving issues

Calling this an “AI powered tool” is insulting to real AI products. It’s a rotten, manipulative product designed to take your money, not help you find a job.

There are many legitimate AI tools out there - this is NOT one of them. Avoid it completely! Save money and time!

This company is a scam, when I signed up it took my $29.00 dollars the first day and within twenyfour hours I tried to get someone on the phone and even a chat but couldn’t. Then I read the reviews on multiple sites,so I immediately notified my bank to cancel any future charges and went on the website and sent an email canceling my service and didn’t even apply or use the service. Also reached out via there support email to cancel the service. Well guess what happened they didn’t cancel the service instead tried to take another $29.00 dollars and have been trying every other day since June to take this money even though everytime I send the same email “You don’t have permission to take my money out of my account and I have notified you several times I never used your service and sent this request to you in writing to cancel it and within fourth eighth hour of signing up.”
They keep ignoring me but continue trying to debit my account ever few days. I have reported them to my bank for fraud and showed them all the emails which have been over twenty by the way. What a terrible way to do business

No replies, no customer service.

I subscribe to the Scale package in June 2025 (59 USD, 1,000 auto-apply/month).
I loaded my data and waited for the job posting to be displayed. However, this never happened; the site never displayed any job postings for me to apply to.
I contacted support twice, but never received a reply.
I asked for a refund, and, of course, never heard anything back.
This website is a scam; avoid it and save money!

Doesnt work at all. Canceled and they kept charging me. Support is useless.

Scam. From the reviews it looks like this used to work, Their customer service hasn't been active since 26/06/25 according to them. Clearly doesn't work any more. Do not give them your money. I made an account, filled in details, Clicked start auto apply, it's been 7 days and not even 1 singular job has been found by this scam website.

The Ai ignored all of my specific filter requests and applied for very random positions. Then stopped at 40. I never got what was promised. I tried to contact customer service and they were offline... all month.

Me and two of my friends tried it and it did not work at all. Don't waste your money, they promised an interview in 3 days, they didn't deliver and refused a refund. It ran for me for 2 months with no interviews. This was for a common sales position. Horrible tool!

This company is a complete scam I should have know facebook has become the home of scammers but if they thought they was going to get my $29.00 they are wrong. I immediately reported this fraudulent company. My money was returned instantly.Why are you scamming people is it really worth it. I also reported them on Facebook not that they will do anything

The customer service is horrible. The Ai applied to 75 jobs 60 were nothing I was qualified for. The resume and cover letter were way to generic and in no way a match for the jobs it applied for. I tried to get a phone number to contact someone but got no response from both chat and email. I had zero interviews just auto rejections. They don't offer a refund so please don't waste your time and money with this service.

Not working for me. No relevant matches, jobs pending for 6 days now, the date to be sent out moves each day, and not one single application went out. customer service is basically non-existent, and it is a pity you cannot try this out first, which lead me to lose 25 dollars, for essentially nothing.

This company is a complete scam, whatever you do do not pay your money to them. Also many of the good reviews are written by apply hero. They will have you sign up and then the job posting will remain at pending. You contact them and nothing occurs. Again money in the trash

The service stopped applying after day 13-15. Then just kept on piling up "Pending"
Barely cross a 100 applications during the term of 1 month. Many websites now have an authentication after applying so no use using it, cause it cannot have your email access.
Will Request a refund and update

Pathetic Customer Service. Charged my card unauthorized for an extra month after I cancelled their subscription. Have been emailing them regularly to claim the refund for the services that I have not even used. I even asked them to provide me the details of the companies they have applied for on my behalf for the month they charged me additionally. No response from their customer service. Don't fall for this trap.

Not gonna lie, I didn't expect it to be this good. Got three calls in a few days. The top-rated AI resume tool I've ever used.

Couldn't believe how many interviews I got. I just set my preferences and let it do its thing.

This took the stress out of job searching. It tailored everything for me. Awesome solution for automated job application systems.
