Very knowledgeable staff who helped us choose the correct appliance we needed. The delivery and installation staff were fantastic and very polite. The experience was more personal than it would have been at curry's ect.

Washing machine arrived on time, the man who delivered machine, was absolutely lovely, couldn't have wished for a better service

Janette made the whole experience relaxed, she was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was very patient and understanding with an eighty year old male, who was totally out of his comfort zone. Next day delivery was also superb.

From the moment you chat to staff in the shop you are treated as a valued customer. I got delivery of a washing machine the day after ordering. Fitting was far cheaper than the big white goods retailers on retail parks and the delivery was prompt and on time. The delivery and fitting guy was so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for him. It was nice to see a happy employee for once! I always use this shop and can't thank them enough for getting me out of a sticky situation with this purchase.

Helpful sales assistant. Appliance we wanted wasn’t in stock but were given a date of arrival and it arrived on time. Plus free delivery which is rare these days.

I ordered a dishwasher which when delivered and set up did not work. It was brand new so not their fault. They ordered a new one and kept me informed all the way through and when the second machine arrived it worked perfectly. No complaints from me. As they say shit happens. The important thing is the professional way they dealt with it.

Great friendly service as always won't go anywhere else

I am disabled so it would have been difficult for me to get to the shop. I spoke to Janette from the Blackpool branch and she sorted everything out for me . So helpful. I called back a few days later for an update on delivery and spoke to Dougie and he sent me all the details I needed and organised it. Such helpful and polite staff .
