My experience was 5 star. As someone who has worked with traditional conveyencing companies large and small I was initially unsure of the level of service I would receive given how competitive the fees were, however I needent have worried as Daisy Ngenge was highly responsive via telephone, email and text and very prompt in dealing with my house sale where there were time sensitivities. The initial customer service team were the same so thank you Advantage Property Lawyers team!

We were recommended to use Advantage Property Lawyers as our solicitors by our advisors, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Mariam was our conveyancer, and we are very glad she was handling our case. The entire process was smooth, quick and very well organised. The online login portal also made it really easy for us to keep track of everything ourselves.

What we appreciated most was the transparency throughout the process. There were no hidden costs or unexpected charges, and everything was clearly explained from the beginning.

A special thank you to Mariam for her patience, professionalism and, most importantly, for getting everything done so quickly. She was always helpful and responsive whenever we had questions.

Missed deadlines, no response to emails or calls. They are a disgrace to the legal profession. We dealt with Jessica Toseland. Would never recommend this company.

Appalling outfit!
Never returned calls when they were supposed to.
Price quoted for conveyancing was substantially higher than I could obtain from several local firms.
Also, their website was slow and failed to allow me to log on (although it worked a couple of days later).
Seemed like I was expected to do all the work - inputting data into their (unreliable) system - for which I was being charged a small fortune!!
Recommend avoiding.

I have purchased several properties over the years and can confidently say that Mohammed was the best case handler I have dealt with.

From start to finish, Mohammed was fantastic. He kept us regularly updated, was always easy to contact, clearly explained what was required from us and ultimately got our purchase over the line. He was professional, proactive and made what can be a very stressful process significantly easier. Mohammed personally is a 10/10, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him or specifically requesting him again.

The only negative experience was during the two weeks Mohammed was on annual leave, and I want to make it absolutely clear that this is no reflection on him. Communication dropped significantly during this period. Despite numerous attempts to call, we struggled to reach the covering case handler, with calls repeatedly going straight to voicemail. Unfortunately, this happened at a critical stage and contributed to delays because important information was not communicated promptly.

The difference in service was significant. Had the level of service provided by the holiday cover been representative of the firm throughout, I would not use them again.

Thankfully, Mohammed's service was the complete opposite. He was exceptional throughout and is the reason I would happily return and recommend the firm. 10/10 for Mohammed.

From start to completion, I can't fault Advantage Property Lawyers, our conveyencer Sana Mohammed was so helpful and was reassuring during the process of selling our late parents home (our childhood home), when I had worries Sana always helped and the exchange & completion was so smooth thanks to them, especially Sana. Genuinely, nothing. Eras exceeded every expectation I had. If anything, the standard of service she provided should be used as an example of what exceptional conveyancing looks like. She was proactive, responsive, reassuring and incredibly efficient throughout. I would not hesitate for a second to ask for Eras specifically if I ever purchase another property, and I would recommend her personally to any friend or family member buying a home.

Really easy process as a FTB with Mohammed Laher, all the information you need, prompt and switched on. I've had to do very little to help in the process and have never had to push progress, no confusion in information required from my side thanks to Mohammed's clear communication, and any items I've wanted to discuss or amend have been quickly and professionally responded too. Highly recommended.

Mohammed Laher was available when needed, kept us informed and effectively navigated us through the process (which frankly mystified me!).

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from this firm.

When I purchased my property, my solicitor arranged for my service charges to be paid in advance from November to the end of June. I have clear evidence of these payments, including the receipt provided by my solicitor.

Now that the prepaid period has ended, I should be making the monthly service charge payments myself. However, the service charge company has informed me that they cannot set up my account or accept any payments until they receive the completed post-completion documents from my solicitor.

I have been trying to contact the solicitor handling my case for over a month by both phone and email, but I have received no response whatsoever. As a result, I am unable to make my service charge payments, despite being ready and willing to do so.

This situation is completely outside my control and is causing unnecessary stress. I am concerned about falling into arrears or being charged late payment fees because the required paperwork has still not been completed.

I would appreciate it if someone from the firm could urgently investigate this matter and ensure that I am contacted as soon as possible. If my solicitor is unavailable, I would expect another member of the team to assist with my case.

I hope this matter can be resolved promptly so that I can fulfil my payment obligations without any further delay.

We have just completed on our new home and our solicitor was Emma Dibdin who was brilliant all the way through. Very efficient and responsive which made the process so smooth. Even on moving in, the sellers left rubbish in the house and she was quick to guide me on next steps.

Extremely unhappy at this current stage. For the amount of money people pay to use solicitors I think it’s disgusting that we can’t even get them on the phone. Our solicitor has gone on annual leave which is completely fine and we understand, but we’ve had 0 communication to us that it’s being handled and passed over to another colleague. Called them over 15 times over the last 10 days and no callbacks and no one has answered a single phone call and emails have not been responded to.
