If you like ordering a book and then waiting for ten weeks while it is drop-shipped from a much cheaper source overseas, sent to the UK via surface mail, opened, kicked around a warehouse for a week, repackaged in a very thin plastic bag, and then sent to you with a courier that has, at best, a 50% successful delivery rate and is only moderately faster than an elderly man walking it over with a shopping trolley, then this is the one for you.
If, by contrast, you prefer a company that sends you undamaged books, promptly delivered from physical inventory in the UK, then this might not be "your bag".
Oh, and their customer service staff love to gaslight customers who complain, which I'm sure well see an example of if they respond below.

I tend to use 3 main affiliate sellers via Amazon UK - Booksplease_by_Aphrohead, Hamcor and BookDepository. I have always found that Aphrohead delivers quickly with excellent packaging. For instance I placed an order yesterday and it arrived this morning. Now THAT'S what I call superb service.

Only Hamcor matches that level of performance and I can't seem to post a review for them on Trustpilot. I have no problems whatsoever recommending Aphrohead as a totally reliable seller via Amazon. I can't comment on their level of service when ordering from them direct.

I received my book order (2 hard covers, one soft cover and a hard cover moleskine) about 3 weeks after I ordered them and all 4 arrived damaged. Even the moleskine has bent corners and those bad boys are sturdy. The packaging was a complete joke and the hard cover books look pitiful. The reason why I buy a hard cover is because I want a NICE copy of the book.

That would be fine if they answered any of my attempts to contact them about this issue. They actually brag on their website about an answer in 24 hours. I can tell you that a week later I haven't heard anything from them. Contacted them both through their website(they have a form of some sort), email and facebook message. The only reaction so far was getting a comment on their website removed.

Unacceptable in my eyes. As much as I hate amazon removing free delivery to Denmark I am willing to deal with that rather than this poor excuse for customer service.

Jo det er rigtigt, at man ikke hører mere fra dem efter man har sendt ordre......eneste er "processing" som andre også har gjort opmærksom på.
Mine gamle ordre fra 1 år siden er stadig i "processing"!
Man jeg har altid fået en kvalitet materiale tilsendt. Meget billigere at handle her end på danske boghandler. Gratis fragt. Man kunne man forbedre kundeservice og mulighed for at følge med i ordren ville man kunne give dem topscoren.......men lige nu er det kun til 3

Det tog mig en måned at modtage en bog. Jeg havde bestilt en bog med 3-4 dages ventetid. Jeg fik ingen yderlige information og da den ikke var kommet 14 dage efter (jeg formodede at posten var svigtet), fik jeg et svar ca. 5 dage efter, hvor jeg blev informeret om at de ville afsende en ny kopi. Det gjorde de så, men det tog 14 dage før den ankom og jeg fik 0 emails undervejs. Den står også stadig som processing inde på deres hjemmeside.
