I am so pleased with the wonderful service I got. He was incredibly patient with the difficulties in my computer and my lack of understanding as to what to do. His instructions were very clear, but I am a bit slow at my age with technology. At one time, I could do very well, but after being very sick at 78, I am less so. Excellent Tech Support. I had issues with getting the McAfee downloaded with receiving several error messages after getting so frustrated I did not know what I should do? So I saw the phone number and informed the Technician all of the issues I was dealing with and he found out exactly what the issues were and fixed them and then downloaded my McAfee for me which I have been using for the past 10 15 years. McAfee is a great Antivirus protector for all of your needs and I highly recommend it as well as I recommend the tech support I received which I gave a 5 Star Rating ***** Thank You, Thomas
