Have made multiple orders and have now bought over a hundred diamond dot projects. All kits have been complete, fit well, and went together without problems. The one kit that was short only a few diamonds, customer service was quick to replace the needed ones. Very much appreciate their courteous prompt customer service.

I had been notified that my order had been delivered but was not on my doorstep were it would have been left. When I contacted Annsberry, they checked the tracking number and then my address was verified.
They were prompt in letting me know what they had found.
I am embarrassed to say that the order had been delivered earlier in the week, but not on the date I as notifed. I was treated kindly. I have ordered many items from Annsberry in the past few months and will definitely continue.

This is the second time I've bought from Annebuy, I like them as the pictures are different to other crystal art. They deliver on time within 3 weeks also any queries they answer straight away.

I had ordered custom picture .They wrote and said they could not do the picture because the size I picked was wrong.
