Experts in their field, everything run smoothly and quickly would use again!

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The whole process of selling my flat was made easy and stress free. I would definitely use Annan again.

Excellent experience using Annans. Very professional and personable people to deal with. Just before property was due to go on the market we suddenly had to pull it for family reasons. Michael was completely understanding. Several weeks later we were good to go. Fraser & Calum carried out the viewings. I was kept up to date with progress. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would have no hesitation recommending this business.

Annan was recommended to me through a friend when I was selling my home, Annan sold my property within 2 weeks and I also bought my new home through them, from start to finish Fraser and Calum answered any queries or worries that I had, nothing was too much trouble for them, I would highly recommend this company.

Exceptional customer service from the whole team at Annan's. Their local knowledge of Portobello was evident and they guided us through the selling process with professionalism. Our home sold very quickly but unfortunately the buyer withdrew, however within an hour our home was back on the market and again sold very quickly. The team were knowledgeable, professional, dealt with any issues and available 24/7. Their approachabilty and humour was much appreciated when things became stressful. Highly recommend Annan's.

The team were so helpful, great service and great results, sold in a week.
Highly recommend

I dealt with Annan Properties for over a decade while renting and eventually selling my property and found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
I would highly recommend them

I sold my flat and bought my new property with the support of Annans. They were extremely professional from start to finish for both transactions and advises me well all the way. From pricing my property, to getting it ready for viewing, the viewings itself, dealing with offers and then moving on to the conveyancing side, I couldn’t recommend them enough. This was my 4th sale of property and the best experience I have had and will definitely use them again if I ever decide to move on again.

Massive thank you to Micheal and the team. You guys were incredible, stopped all our stresses and made us feel confident. Supported us to sell our property and found us our our new home.. nothing was too much even my frantic emails and phone calls..
The team are incredible.
Thank you for being part of our journey.

Michael and the team are very experienced and helpful in all aspects of selling our hour. They really understand the local and national market. I cannot recommend them enough.

Having used Annan for taking care of the rental of our property for the last seven years we were delighted with the service we received from Gill and her colleagues.
It was an easy decision to use Annan for the sale of our property.
Callum and Fraser kept us up to date with the whole process.

Amazing service. Professional throughout.

After a separation Annan Estate Agents took over the sale of my matrimonial home. Micheal was amazing from the first point of contact I had with him. He took away all the stress and sometimes difficult situations for me. He kept me updated on how things were going and did all viewings. The house sold very quick after just one viewing with an amazing outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

Excellent service kept up to date of any progress property sold within 14 days recommended for sale of your property

We first used Annan several years ago when we wanted to rent out our flat. Annan were excellent not only in finding tenants but they were tenants you wanted to have. Our tenants only moved out because they were relocating. Annan also kept on top of all the legal requirements relating to property rental.
After years of good reliable service it made sense to ask Annan to sell our property when we wanted to sell. They were very professional. The entire process was smooth and concluded within four months.

I just completed on the sale of my flat in Portobello. After checking with a few local agents I went with Annan's and was very satisfied with their service. They were friendly and efficient, gave great advise on the mkt and kept their eye on the ball throughout the sales process. Being local to Party, they know the area really well and I think they are the best choice for selling in this area - very glad I chose them.

Only good things to say about Annan. Professional from start to finish. Always on time for appointments. Flat sold in less than a week of being marketed. Very impressed with all staff involved.

I used Annan to sell a flat and I found their services to be professional, reliable and yet at a reasonable cost. Their staff were knowlegeable and friendly, the whole process went very smoothly and they guided me all the way. I would certainly use their services again.

This is my first time selling a property.
We knew that Annan Property had a good reputation for selling properties quick and that’s what we wanted.
We weren’t disappointed we had our first offer in less than a week.
Any questions or queries we had the team at Annan were quick in getting back to us.
This was very reassuring.
They also have their own solicitor which saved us having to find one, we found this solicitor much cheaper than another one we checked with.
The team are very friendly, and helpful.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!!
Everything just happened and we didn’t have the stress of having to worry about anything.

Thank you Annan.
