I was told about each procedure prior to having it done so I knew what to expect.
As a procedure was being done, they continued to tell me what they were doing and I found that to help calm my nervousness.
Your voice matters here, they ask questions, they listen to your answers and after some initial tests they put you on the right path to the help you seek all while educating you on how your body works. Very informative.
