I was looking to re-mortgage to my existing lender for a 5-year fix. This was purely down to the imminent BoE interest rate rise in a couple of days at the time. As such, no other lenders had any better product. Lawrence took time to understand what i was trying to achieve; i.e; swift, efficient, no-nonsense remortgage service. Given the higher re-mortgage amount, was advised to opt for the product with a fee.
I took the advise and Lawrence was able to action this within the hour to secure the most appropriate product.

I initially used A Mortgage now for further advance, when my usual broker in the past giving me wrong advises which would have costed me more money. Lawrence from A Mortgage now, advised me properly and arranged the further advance within 3 weeks. Again I went to him for product transfer, he managed to fix it at the old rate, despite the rate gone up, when I completed the further advance. I intend to use them this year my wife's remortgage.
