I still haven't received my merchandise

This company has everything you would ever need for your pool. The prices are better than any other website I have seen. I ordered a new pool filter on a Saturday because mine was trashed. I received the new filter the next Thursday, in time for my weekend pool party.

Great quality board,easy to install with Good instruction,only problem was I ordered the marina blue thinking the whole board would be that color and it was just bordered in that color,but cost more.

I was so surprised to get this request to review the product considering I have not yet received it.
Hard to tell you about it when I don't have it.
Sure hope it arrives soon. Obviously the company thinks I have it.

Ordered a filter. Was priced fairly. and delivered promptly.

I found the cheapest price through Amerimerk for my spa blower. Ordered online. When there was a question about address they called immediately and cleared the issue. Got it, installed it, love it!

The unit arrived quickly, and I had a good smooth transaction.

Ordered a new pool ladder that was $60 cheaper online than in pool stores and it was delivered within 3 days! Great service!!

Was able to talk to someone quickly on the phone to determine what was the best best board for me and when ordered online item arrived quicker then I expected. Good straight forward prices and free shipping.

I called on phone & left a voicemail. I also sent an E-mail with no response from either. I think you need to send an automatic confirmation when sale is completed.

I haven't received my purchase.

In the last year or two i have purchased i think two liners, one for me and another for a friend. Not to mention a pool pump and a Polaris. I have two friends in the McKinney area that are now using you guys. I'm glad that i found yall, keep up the good work. Randy

Based only on what I found on their web site, I ordered a product, fully expecting to return & reorder. Low & behold, the item arrived in short order (less than a week), expertly packed to prevent dammage during shiping, And yes, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. I installed it during tv commercials w/out stress or complications. Thank you for making what could have been a project of mammoth proportions just a blip on the radar.

Received it as advertised within 4 days. Only web site offering free shipping at the time. No issues whatsoever - would definitely do business again.

Amerimerc promised fast delivery and they delivered quickly.

I bought 4 kits of paint for my pool, one came all busted, I send an email and got it replaced. With out no problems, I will rate this store a #10, to me one of the best at there.

I had a question so I called in and they were very helpful. He took his time to make sure all my questions were answered.

I have purchase from AmeriMerc in the past. They came through when others could not. I had to replace the heater in my spa. They had just what I needed and delivered on time. This may seem normal for any company, but it was an outside spa and it was January. Now you understand the desperation I was in at the time. AmeriMerc came through. Now that I am 1700 miles away, I still order from AmeriMerc for my spa supplies. The price is the best around with quality to match.
