Bruce was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the places that we visited. I also like the pace of the tour and enjoyed the sites that I was able to visit.

100% recommend working with AIT. Our custom tour was perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Great communication up front and precise execution. The bus, guides and hotels were exactly as promised, amazing.

We had an amazing tour with AIT. Working with them was so easy. We chatted on the phone and emailed back and forth for months to plan our trip. Our amazing guide in Israel was Bruce and our driver was Isaac. Bruce's passion and knowledge of the area and history was infectious. He seamlessly guided us from Tel Aviv to Nazareth, to the Dead Sea, and Masada, to Jerusalem. We had a wide range of people on our tour from ages 8 to 81 and Bruce made sure we all got something out of it. One of my favorite things was the boat ride on the Sea of Galilee and floating in the Dead Sea. I would highly recommend AIT for a tour of the Holy Land and Bruce as your guide you will not be disappointed.

I was going to take the trip with Americal Israel Tours the roots of the Holy Land Tour.There were three of us in the group we told them that we were paying for our trips separate.They keep getting the information of our payment and dates of travel mixed up.We had to get with them on a three way call to confirm our trip was individual,that’ when they became rude .In my opinion they were unprofessional with the whole tour.Don’t think they are the best company to tour with.

First, let me just say I did not end up choosing to go on my trip with American Israel Tours. I always have dreamed to go to Israel and to gift my mom with this trip. I also have a friend that was going to join me on this trip. From the beginning to end with my interactions with the staff and manager who are unprofessional and rude. The trip advisor who initially explained the process of paying for the trip. 1. you can do payments through a credit card which will add a 3% charge or you can do payments through check by mailing in payment if you are not paying the whole trip off upfront. I choose to do my monthly payments each month to fit the budget I was working within and to have my trip paid off 60 days before departure. Here is where all the confusion came in the company mixed up our dates of departure and when we tried to correct they were argumentative. This was very stressful because a large amount of money was already sent. I then brought the manager into it, He said that he would normally charge a changing fee but he waived it. The next issue is they would remind me via email that I must pay off my whole trip 60 days prior to the trip; which is fine but they were supposed to send an updated receipt once they receive my payment. it was very upsetting and stressful because it was like they wanted to remind me to do my part but they did not do what they were supposed to I reminded them serval time to provide me with my updated receipt. The lady that deal with processing the money would communicate with me via email was very rude!! The situation really was too much and I ended up requesting all of my funds back and to not do business with this company. The Manger and I were on the phone speaking about all the issues that has gone on thus far. He was yelling at me and not speaking facts of what actually went on. My suggestion to anyone that is considering to use to company run run run!!!Unprofessional and rude!!!!!!!!

America Israel tours provided an incredible experience for us. Every day was amazing! The tour guides were so experienced, the hotels were very nice, and we always felt safe. The tour requires some stamina as the schedule starts at 6:30 most mornings and ends with dinner. There is very little down time. But there is so much to see. I wouldn’t have wanted to miss any of it! We also took the Nile River cruise pre-excursion which I highly recommend. We have so many wonderful memories and new friends!

A friend recommended AIT to me and she was right; the Into The Promiseland tour and experience is life-changing. There are so many reasons that I would highly recommend AIT and this trip to deepen your Christian faith including exceptional tour guides and bus drivers, wonderful locations, ease of travel, 5 star hotels, delicious food, fantastic fellow travelers, ease of signing up, and very reasonable cost for what you get! A few people asked me if I was ever worried about my safety. My answer is never, not once. AIT specializes in this trip. Let them do your planning and just enjoy!

We were on the October 26 “Both Sides of Jordan” tour. This was the first time in Israel and the middle east. The trip far exceeded my expectations. Visiting all the sites where Jesus visited and literally walking in the same path He did is beyond words. AIT did a really good job in making this trip of a lifetime a memorable one. I loved the hotels we stayed in( esp Herod at Dead Sea, Herbert Samuel Jerusalem), the food at all the hotels were fantastic! Oh, the baptism at the Jordan River and floating at the Dead Sea, Wow! Our Israeli guide (Yair) was awesome. He was able to connect biblical truth and secular history seamlessly by reading from scripture and giving detailed overview of history with solid knowledge and much passion. He was very considerate of our needs: lunch, restroom breaks…, also very adaptive to last minute itinerary changes that would maximize our time seeing the sights vs waiting in lines. Two thumbs up for our excellent driver (Doron), he is a master behind those wheels with the way he moves the motor coach around, beside and in between all that traffic. I’m glad we got to visit Bethlehem too. Our local guide (Issa) was very personable and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the way he handled some situations that came up in the crowed site at the church of Nativity. Jordan was a great place to visit, to stand on top of Mt Nebo and viewing the Jordan Valley, Jericho, Jerusalem as Moses did… It was an experience indeed. And, I got to see Petra and learning the history of the former rock citadel and the Nabataean from our Jordanian guide (Enad). He was very humble and knowledgeable. Our Jordanian driver was great and kept us safe on those long drives on the King’s Highway. I plan to visit these sites again in the future and I’m glad I visited this time with this company and these guides/drivers.

We just had our trip on November 2019, and we are so pleased we booked our trip to Into the Promise Land with America Israel Travel. Our experience was excellent everything was very organized from start to end, excellent hotels, service, food and tour guides, we felt safe all the time. We would definitely will recommend America Israel Travel to our families and friends, and will make other reservations with them in the bear feature. We rate the entire trip A++.

One of the best guided tour we have ever been on. The bus driver(Moshe) and Jesse are your guide where terrific. They kept us on schedule but we had plenty of time to spend at each of our stops to learn about the historical significance of each one. The hotels were top notch and the food very delicious. Enough choices for everyone. I definitely would recommend your travel company to all my friends.

Amazing, wonderful!!! I thank God that He directed me to take the Roots of Your Faith tour with AIT. Our tour guide Yaer shared his great biblical, archeological knowledge and history of Israel. Yaer made the stories in the Bible come alive to me and history of Israel as well it’s geographical location and neighboring countries. He has excellent communication skills and very patient, and caring. It’s hard to say goodbye to my newfound friends. I’m really very glad choose this tour. Mair was the best driver I had ever seen in my life. Mair was very patient and always on the spot where we are. He spoiled us, actually!! Johnny our tour guide in Bethlehem was very funny and made our enjoyable. Despite of the crowd in Bethlehem, Johnny was able to squeeze us to see the place where Jesus born. He show us where the love story of Ruth and Boaz happened . In every place we went, bible verses were read. I commend AIT greatly, everything about my trip and my friend was comfortable; from picking us and our luggage to and from the airport. Peace in Jerusalem will always be in my prayer. For my fellow pilgrims, let’s pray that Johnny will be granted the visa to work in Israel; love also will reign between these countries.God is love!!

I loved our tour. We saw so many interesting places and learned so much from our tour guide, Jesse. He was knowledgeable and helped us understand what we were seeing and experiencing. No complaints!

My Husband and I travel quite a bit. This trip was the best. Yashay was wonderful as a guide. We loved ever minute of the trip and would recommend highly to everyone.

I have experienced many cruises through the years. Made many excursion tours of different locations on each countries but nothing can compare with the recent tour my husband and I have had with American Israel Tours “Into the Promise Land”. It’s not just like many other pilgrim tours that you visited different old churches and see how it looks. The AIT TOURS gave me knowledge and learned a lot of connecting bibliotics and historical facts that had been questionable on my mind since school days . My tour with AIT educated myself and filled me with answers. AIT tour guides are excellent, not just as a tour guide, but they are very knowledgeable instructors of Egypt, Jordan, and Israel. I hope they keep them forever, especially the Israel tour guide Barack , very educated about Jerusalem. He impressed made my husband who even bought a Bible. When we reached home, for 2 weeks now my husband and I for the first time had been searching more information in google . That’s how deep we are taken by our AIT tour guide Barack. Also AIT tour program was relaxing and not at all stressful like what I am hearing from my friends who previously toured in Israel. After exhausted tour from a lot of walking ...what a relief to be in 5 star Hotels chosen for us ! Grand Buffet dinner every night, I really recommend AIT tour . We really feel it’s WORTH IT!!

Our recent trip to Israel and Jordan was fabulous! We had a few logistics challenges along the way and the crowds were larger than expected in late October early November at some of the Holy Land locations, but overall the trip on both sides of the Jordan River met my expectations.
