I've traveled with AIT twice, once in 2024 and again in 2025. Both times, I've experienced a quality travel experience. When problems arose, AIT staff quickly remedied the problem and did so seamlessly. In 2025, they responded quickly to our groups need to travel out of Israel after the IDF's Rising Lion military action. While many of the holy sites we were planning to visit closed, AIT Staff made sure we still had an enjoyable visit to Israel getting us to sites that still allowed entry. I never felt unsafe while in Israel and a good reason was because AIT was working behind the scenes to provide safe lodging, travel, and tourism experiences. Thank you AIT!

After the Israeli war broke out, having the support of American Israel Tours behind us, we felt safe and sound…especially when we were trying to come home.

After the conflict started, tour sites closed, but our guide (Yoram) & drivers
(Benny & Mudi) took us to other sites and places. Hotels & meals were arranged for our extended stay, as airlines were non operational.
Transportation provided to Egypt for outgoing flights to Cairo and then to Athens. A night in Athens, then onward to Chicago and home on 22 Jun.

I have been to Greece with America Israel Tours several times over the last few years and each trip has been an amazing experience. From the super-efficient & knowledgeable cruise escorts that help us maximize our time on the islands to the beautiful hotels, expert guides, and wonderful itineraries, touring Greece with AIT for a Biblical tour enriched my knowledge of the Apostle Paul's time there and showed me the best of Biblical Greece. Visiting Ephesus in Turkey was one of the most amazing experiences - it's an incredible site!
I plan group tours to the Holy Land countries and have used AIT for our ministry trips since 2018. I am very happy with the planning, communication, availability, quality of services in the countries, and every other aspect of executing our mission with America Israel/Greece tours. I am impressed the way I was answered by the concerned staff to my questions. The tour was well organized. All I can say is that it was beyond my expectations.

The tour was a lifetime experience. Our tour guide(Lital) and bus driver were awesome. Tour guide was knowledgeable of the area and was full of passion and excitement. There was lots and lots and lots of walking with different terrains. We happened to experience a heat wave so I think the best time to go would be in early Spring. We were treated to a free light show in Jerusalem. I would recommend everyone to tour the Promise Land because it will renew their faith in Jesus.

Where do I start… From the airport pickup to last drop off at the end everything was perfect. It was so nice not to have worry about if our driver was gonna be there. They were so punctual and very polite. The hotels were top notch and the staff was welcoming. Our tour guide Lital was fantastic! She kept a group of 43 all together by herself and that’s not easy. She was entertaining and she completed the whole itinerary. We definitely will use AIT again on our next trip thank you! Oh and Skyler our booking agent was awesome and always answered our questions. She never made us feel like there was a dumb question to be asked

Our Gide was very knowledgeable, answer all of our question, the Bible reading at every station was like if I was living it at the moment it happened

Tour guides time management were on point. Their Knowledge and professionalism were impressive. Herods Hotel in Tel Aviv needs is in need of renovation, looks old and smells old. Once the deposit is made, as soon as possible customers should be aware of the difficult climb of Mount Sinai so they can at least train for it. Offer upfront to have Luxor as option so we know ahead and plan to sign up for it.
Kempeski hotel and staff had customer service worthy of 5 stars. For sure Jordan needs to improve on safe drinking water. Despite the heat, I had a good time. Highly recommended.

The 16 day AIT trip was a once in a lifetime experience! We got to see and learn about so many things it was amazing! The staff was wonderful and I felt safe and in good hands the entire time! They walked us through everything and made the whole trip very stress free.

This was a fantastic tour of Israel. AIT took care of everything. Skyler O’Donnell was extremely helpful and communicated all necessary information to us before and during the trip. We had an incoming flight change, in addition to a mix-up on a hotel twin beds situation. Everything was handled for us very efficiently and swiftly. Our tour guide, Barak Berkovich, is an absolute treasure. He, by far, exceeded the role of a guide. We hope to tour again with this company, and with Mr. Berkovich. Our driver, Benny, was impressive as well. He took great care of us, and added to the high level experience of this tour. Essentially, all of our expectations, but also our hopes for this once in a lifetime trip, were fulfilled. Thank you, sincerely.

The tour included so many of the things we wanted to see. And our guide, Marco. was wonderful and so attentive. The only negative is that I would have liked a little more down time.

Tour leader was amazing and communicated with your tour guides and bus drivers. Tour guides were well informed and professional. I was particularly impressed with Mario our bus driver. He got us to our destinations safely and on time. The hotel accommodations were very good.
