From the beginning they were amazing, Claire helped me understand the process, I had already started making my own bits before we decided to go with Ambience, Claire used my bits and incorporated them throughout the venue and the team were able to work with my style and colours which saved us allot of money. We loved how genuine and down to earth Claire and her team were working with us every step of the way and keeping us informed. Some lovely photos to ease my nerves before the day on mock ups she’d done before locking them in which is a huge help for any bride. Thankyou for our amazing decor and your service on the day.

All I can say is thank you so much Ambience Venue Styling! Kim was incredible and did such a beautiful job styling our wedding venue in October last year. We organised our wedding only with 3 months notice and we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. Kim's communication was outstanding from our initial video call and through all the emails. Every time we discussed different options, ideas and made some changes Kim listened carefully and updated it with every single detail. We discussed setting up the venue and then changing the decor around to reuse items from the ceremony into the reception. Everything looked amazing and we had lots of compliments from our guests. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kim and she helped ensure everything ran smoothly. We couldn't recommend her enough!

We met Hayley when visiting a wedding fare at our wedding venue. The way she had styled the venue was incredible – so much so that we booked her services straight away!
In the run up to the wedding Hayley was extremely understanding of our changing circumstances and adapted to our needs.
We communicated by emails and a zoom call as the day approached.
On the day of the wedding Hayley and her team arrived in good time and took care of every little detail. They went over and above for us and even decorated our wedding cake so the nervous groom didn’t have to!
We used Ambience for venue styling, bouquets, button holes and a thank you bouquet to hand out during the speeches. Everything was beautifully presented and we felt proud to welcome our guests in to the surroundings she had created.
Hayley managed to deliver all of this whilst remaining calm and unrushed, this gave us the confidence to concentrate on getting ourselves ready for the day, knowing the venue was in good hands.
From beginning to end Hayley has been a pleasure to work with, a lovely lady, we would recommend in a heartbeat 😊

I cannot recommend Emily enough - she is incredibly talented. When we first sat down with her, we had little more than a vague sense of the sort of atmosphere we wanted for our wedding. Emily listened carefully and later showed us her ideas. She absolutely nailed it. She captured exactly what we had in mind – and elevated it beyond anything we could have imagined ourselves.
 
In the run-up to the big day, Emily was very responsive and reassuring. Then, when we saw the flowers and décor fully arranged for the first time, to say we were in awe is an understatement. I felt so privileged that the décor and arrangements done by Emily were for our wedding.  It was gorgeous, classy and warm. Thank you so much Emily!

We are so incredibly grateful for the beautiful work our wedding stylist did for our special day. She transformed the space into something that felt both stunning and intimate — it was perfectly balanced, not too much and not too little, just effortlessly elegant.
The flowers she chose were absolutely perfect, and the candles added the most incredible warmth and intimacy to the venue. The atmosphere she created was exactly what we had hoped for, and so many of our guests commented throughout the evening on how beautiful everything looked.
One of the most unforgettable moments for me was walking in and seeing the space for the first time as I came down the aisle. I felt amazing, and the setting was truly magical.

Cheltenham Service

Paid a £250 deposit for a May 2026 wedding. Due to a change in plans, we cancelled in January 2026, four months before the event and before any final design meetings or material purchases took place as confirmed by them. Despite the stylists admitting they turned no other bookings away for our date, they refused a full refund, only returning 50% as a 'goodwill gesture.' Disappointed that a business would retain £125 for basic quoting and admin on a date they can still re-book.

I would strongly recommend couples review their contracts and consult their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as I find it hard to believe a "free consultation" carries a £125 charge.

Hayley and the team from Leeds were absolutely incredible. From our first meeting to the day, they were brilliant to work with and brought our vision to life. The venue looked so beautiful on the day - it brought me to tears! Can't thank you enough. Thank you for being such a special part of our day.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better venue stylist. Lydia was absolutely amazing and completely blew us away with the styling on our wedding day. From the very start, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Meeting in person before the wedding made such a difference, she took the time to go through every detail with us and really listened to what we wanted. She also gave thoughtful, honest opinions and suggestions that helped elevate everything far beyond what we had imagined.

On the day itself, the styling was flawless and exceeded all our expectations. We had so many compliments from our guests, and it truly made the venue feel magical. We can’t recommend Lydia highly enough, thank you for bringing our vision to life so beautifully.

Lydia and the team were fabulous, as someone from the other side of the country I put my faith into the team to make a vision come to life! We had a great experience using Ambience Buckinghamshire for our wedding. Joely was amazing from the start, being really flexible about what we wanting, understanding our vision and then putting it into action. Joely worked so well with our other suppliers so it meant the whole day was cohesive and just perfect. We really felt the service was great value for money and Joely was so happy to take bits we had DIY’ed and add them in and then put all her beautiful bits on top. Massive thank you to Ambience, I would recommend this supplier to anyone needing a stylist for their wedding!

Jan of Ambience Styling Surrey recently styled the venue for our wedding at Barnett Hill. From our first enquiry Jan was a pleasure to deal with and she listened to our ideas and created a design that worked perfectly with the venue, our colour scheme and complimented the Christmas decor. Last minute hitches due to confusion between Louise’s and Louisa’s (our fault) were dealt with seamlessly.

A lovely steadying message the night before really touched me.

The final decor in the ceremony room and the room for the wedding breakfast exceeded our expectations and made me quite emotional at what had been achieved.
