I was fortunate enough to spend the week in Chalet Jolie as part of a truly excellent experience with close family and friends skiing.

Lucy, Evie and Huxley were an absolute pleasure as Chalet Hosts and I can't fault their efforts in making it a week to remember. Breakfast and each of the three course dinners were done to an excellent standard and exactly what was called for after an intensive day skiing.

The chalet was set up brilliantly for the large group with excellent facilities including a sauna and spa which the hosts kindly set up for us on return from the slopes every day. Their attention to detail was superb and they even made sure we had breakfast sorted for the final day involving departing the Chalet at around 6am for the coach transfer.

The chalet was also positioned very close to Méribel Village via bus making it incredibly easy to access the slopes and get to and from the chalet.

Cannot recommend the company and the chalet team enough for anyone looking for their next skiing/ snowboarding holiday!

Well run holiday company. Been with them twice now. Professional well run properties with little touches. Not luxury however far from basic. Staff enthusiastic and friendly. Food excellent

This is our fifth trip with Alpine Elements. We stayed at Chalet Laurier in La Plagne. Ben and Jacob were fantastic hosts. Full of information and local knowledge great food and very helpful.
We were a mixed group of 15 so twin beds and all ensuite were very handy, really lovely chalet for relaxing in the evening
Everything very organised , easy to book online. Easy to add extras and airport transfers run very smoothly.
Staff have always been really helpful and full of information .

3 years we’ve stayed with Alpine Elements and they are superb! Just returned from Morzine Hermine Blanche, the team were amazing, food was absolutely exceptional and they made our children welcome and were perfect in every way. The rooms here are small but cosy and clean. I can not fault it in any way. We’ll be back again next year.

Elliott is a great host in Chalet Elegant. Welcoming, good humoured and very attentive. We enjoyed his company and he maintained a very high standard of cleanliness and meals. Would absolutely recommend alpine elements going forward

As a large group, we had a wonderful weeks stay at Chalet Jolie. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The 3 course dinners provided each evening were exceptional. Although out of town, the chalet was on a regular bus route so getting into Meribel and back again was no bother at all.

We will definitely be using Alpine Elements again and would recommend them to anyone looking to book a ski/snowboard holiday provider!

The hosts were great fun and really helpful, when people were ill and couldn’t stomach food they cooked them a separate meal

This is a good chalet for the price. Yoi have to get a short bus to the lifts but they are regular so it’s easy. Just remember to press the bell to stop on the way back or the bus will go straight past the chalet and you’ll end up in Meribel Village. The food is decent. The staff are friendly but inexperienced. We had one excellent chalet host called Maisie, without her it would have been a much less positive experience.

I was part of a large group staying in the Victoria Chalet this week. Alpine Elements were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We did have a slight problem with the lock on the ski room door but Alpine Elements were quick on the case to try and fix.
Special mention to Maisy who would always go above and beyond. Maisy was always happy to help and flexible with meal times. She’s an absolute credit to the Alpine Elements team.

My friend Elliot was absolutely amazing he such a nice and caring person and I am so happy we got him as our host he is such a legend I really like Elliot he was amazing!

The staff made the holiday great as well as the accommodation. We were in Chalet Laurier Plagne 1800. Ben and Jacob, our hosts, were excellent. Friendly helpful and efficient. Food was very nice and varied. Booking was easy and they were very good with customer care.

We had a brilliant stay at the hotel hermine Blanche. Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from booking to heading home. The food was fantastic, superb quality especially at dinner. Hôtel was very comfortable and clean with no complaints. The only downside is the location as you have to walk up a hill to get back or get the bus, but that was the only negative for us.

My son and I had a fantastic week at Chalet Panoramique in La Plagne village week of 8th March 2026. Brilliantly hosted by Florence, Ella and Aneta. Beautiful chalet, great location, excellent food and lovely clean rooms throughout. Great mix of other guests which also made for a fantastic week!

Ben was a great host for the week. Gave great suggestions for where to ski, eat out and visit.

The staff Lauren liem and Eric and lizzie were excellent hosts and most accommodating and made our week very memorable. The food was out of this world. I had a trip to hospital and Lizzie couldn’t be more helpful to my wife and I’m very grateful for that. We will be back

We had a fantastic week at Chalet Alisier 1 in La Plagne. The hosts (Lauren, Liem and Eric) from Alpine Elements looked after us really well. The chalet was perfect for our group of 15 with comfortable bedrooms and a great living/dining space. The food was absolutely fantastic, great on both quality and quantity.Lizzy, the Chalet Elements manager, was also really helpful and very friendly. Will definitely look at Alpine Elements when I'm booking the ski trip for next year.

An absolutely brilliant week! Everything was perfect. The chalet lovely and cosy, beds comfy, location a v short walk from a chair lift, and would recommend La Plagne 1800 as has everything you need without being too busy. Would recommend the ski hire next door (so easy!) but best of all was the chalet host Ben. The food was amazing! From breakfast, delicious afternoon tea and cake, then a gourmet 3 course dinner. And Ben was so charming and fun. I don’t think we could have had a better week! Thank you Alpine Elements.
