Good value

Good value - v cheap delivery - kept informed. Not sure what I do re warranty for dishwasher tho? But great company to deal with :-)

Left me with a damaged product for 11 days

Ordered a 'graded' washing machine under AYA55833

The washing machine was meant to just have tatty packaging, but it arrived damaged in that the LCD panel (and location of start button) was caving in when applying pressure, rendering the machine unusual.

The washing machine was delivered on a Friday and the issue was reported Friday evening, but I think after they closed.

Issue was picked up Saturday, I was informed the Courier would collect a replacement unit (which, was a small upgrade due to stock issues) on Monday and then contact me with a new delivery date.

Monday went by, I chased them up – no updates. Tuesday almost went by, eventually after I emailed them, the customer service rep contacted the courier and I was then given a delivery date for the replacement washing machine.

This replacement was scheduled for delivery for the following Monday, meaning I would be without a working washing machine in the house for 10.5 days by the time the replacement is delivered.

Bear in mind, this is purely down to being supplied a faulty product and somehow, this is the absolute best delivery they can provide. In this day and age, this is just embarrassing, quite frankly.

So, now I have requested a full refund as AllYourAppliances are genuinely incapable of resolving the issue in any other way. I gave them ample chances to find solutions and they never managed to do so.

However, even getting a full refund – the collection for the faulty is still for that same Monday, so all in all – I am now baby sitting a 75kg lump of washing machine for 10.5 days because AllYourAppliances insist on using a courier whose business strategy is to replicate the 1970s.

I will add they tried to fix the issue by giving me a £30 refund, later bumped to £50. However, I did not accept this.

I eventually found the exact same washing machine (the one they upgraded to) through another company for £100 less in the same ‘new’ condition, so I ordered through them instead. So, there’s a good chance AllYourAppliances aren’t even the cheapest option available for you.

Finally, I’d just like to add the customer service throughout have been dismissive, ignorant to my issues and unwilling to find any meaningful solutions outside of their existing business practices.

Many times things I complained about where simply ignored, and it became quickly apparent they had nothing left to offer and so gave up trying.

They will probably respond to this trying to defend themselves, they already have over email to me, saying they abide by trading standards/consumer rights. Although I would argue they have abided by those rights terribly.

Edit : since they tried to make themselves sound reasonable. I informed them at the time the product was damaged that this will leave us without a washing machine and we need this resolving ASAP as we have a two year old and being without a washing machine is simply a big problem for us. Despite me telling them this they still managed to fumble the situation by ignoring me until prompted until eventually they suddenly remembered they needed to sort this out. It is not my fault their courier only delivers to my location on Thursday or Mondays (their words). If allyourappliances.co.uk had acted quickly they likely could have have my return and replacement on the Thursday slot which would have still been bad on opinion, but instead it took them over a week to sort the replacement machine, which I must remind everyone is entirely their fault and they treat the situation as if it was me being the problem.

To clarify the steps taken: once the damage was reported, we immediately provided an upgraded model at no extra cost. When it became clear that the earliest delivery slot was Monday, we explored all alternative courier options. However, as the unit was already in the transit network, switching carriers would have resulted in an even longer delay.

When you informed us you had sourced a machine elsewhere, we immediately cancelled the exchange and booked a collection so that your full refund could be processed as quickly as possible.

We have remained committed to resolving this within consumer rights protocols by offering a replacement, an upgrade, and a full refund. We wish you the best with your new appliance.

Great oven (and price)

Really happy with my oven - can barely see the cosmetic marks which were the reason for the B Graded discount. Arrived quickly and has been in frequent use since!

Great service

Great service. Ordered and delivered within 36hrs. Had a text from the driver 30mins before delivery. Bought a Class A heat pump dryer - 2 very small dents barely visible and on the back. Saved over £200. My 2nd purchase from them.

Very happy with our purchase and excellent customer support

We had not purchased "graded / refurbished " appliances before, but we found the AEG oven we wanted on this website at almost half price.
Having read reviews we placed our order with 12 months guarantee and purchased a further 2 years of cover.
Right from the start communication was excellent and delivery was "as promised".
We became concerned as we discovered one of the oven doors had a damaged hinge, although we could still use it.
We emailed sales support and, without hesitation, they promised to arrange for a new door to be supplied, which, we could easily change ourselves. This had to come from the manufacturer so it took about 3 weeks to arrive.
It is now fitted and we are very happy with our experience.
We will use this company again in the future and would highly reccomend them as a supplier.

Damaged Oven

The oven I ordered was described as having “Tatty Packaging”. Actually it arrived with damage, which was not detailed, to the outer casing and when switched on for the first time it made a very loud vibrating sound. The oven was returned and eventually refunded.
I won’t be using this untrustworthy company again.

Faulty Appliance - Refuse To Replace

I placed order AYA54357 on 10 February, which included an AEG IKX64301CB induction hob.

The hob was installed by a qualified electrician, but within minutes it began shutting down with an E7 error, indicating overheating—likely due to faulty fans or a defective unit.

After contacting All Your Appliance, I was given a basic troubleshooting guide and advised to arrange an engineer through an authorised service centre. An engineer from Pacifica Group visited my home, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

The engineer entered my property without removing his shoes and carried out the work without gloves, despite the standards advertised on their website. After I demonstrated the fault, he removed the hob and replaced one of the two internal fans—seemingly at random, and likely because he only had one spare part available.

I had to provide a towel myself to protect my kitchen worktop, yet it was still left with visible marks and chips. During reinstallation, the engineer also broke parts of the hob, including a side hinge and a front plastic component. I was told one of these was “not important,” which is unacceptable for a brand-new appliance.

Unsurprisingly, the original fault remained unresolved. The engineer then suggested a second visit to replace more parts, without any clear diagnosis—essentially proposing trial-and-error repairs.

I am extremely dissatisfied that a brand-new appliance, only a month old and under warranty, has led to:

* No resolution of the fault
* Additional damage to the appliance
* Damage to my kitchen worktop
* The need for further uncertain repair attempts

This has been a very poor experience from both the retailer and their service partner.

I have now emailed All Your Appliances that I request a replacement of my faulty new appliance, as it is already damaged and faulty and under warranty. I do not accept further visits to try and fix it.

I am currently, working with All Your Appliances to have my appliance replaced. I will update this review and rating with any further updates.
