I made a withdrawal on March the 18th of 2,000.00
They then claimed they needed verification documents even though my dashboard stated that no verification was required at this time. I sent in documents at least 6 times. After writing the last review, I was sent another email address to send my documents to which I did. I was then sent an email 7 days again stating that my documents had been verified. I was then expecting to be paid the $2,000.00 but to date this has not happened. I have sent 2 more emails requesting payment and have not heard from anyone.
My next step will be to find out who regulates this online casino and what the penalties will be when I report them . I know it is a fortune lounge group casino so I will take it from there. Bad Experience

READ THE COMPLICATED FINE PRINT. They don't clearly let you know how many credits you have to play through before being able to withdraw!! Their examples are hard to understand and no matter how long you play. I won over $200 and wasn't able to withdraw a penny. Never play this slot app. It is most definitely a rip off.
