i told them they were brand new wheels never been on a car or had tyres fitted, because the car they were for was writen off before i had a chance to put tyres on them. I told them they cost me £399 and they offered me £100 which i decided i would prefer to keep hold of them

Good purchase but did not state that no spacers would be included. However, I understand from the company that it was an error on my part as I did not state that these wheels were required for an M3. Had I done so I would have been informed that spacers would be required.
Apart from that excellent product and excellent service.

bought alloys from this so called company i think about £600 have emailed them; they told my they were sorry about the problems i am having,that does not help the alloys as they are starting to peel so please dont use this company as they are useless and dont help you out at all, but i am taking it a lot more further ,PEOPLE PLZ STAY CLEAR

After reading the reviews on this site I chose to go with this company for a set of wheels for my sons car ordered them Wednesday of last week delivery date being tues/wed the next week it’s now Thursday and still no wheels! Had requested they be delivered to my sons work as I’m rarely at home myself but when the tracking Id came through it was set for delivery to my home address .... contacted James who I’ve been dealing with through the whole process and who is extremely helpful I may add and he said it was sorted and delivery would be made today ! It’s now 2 pm and just received a message from the carrier saying they have been held at there depot and won’t be delivered till tommorow.... not a big deal overall but the car is due for an mot tommorow and rather than buying some new tyres for it we thought get the wheel package ! Not will now have to be cancelled causing yet more hassle for ourself ! In my opinion the company as a whole seems disorganised as I had confirmed delivery address at the point of order but still it was wrong .... the three stars are for the service James has given us he has been a great help and can’t bring him down in the slightest he is doing everything he can to make it right

I contacted Alloywheels.com for a specific combination of rims and winter tyres and received exceptional customer service: responsive and curteous email communication, good advice and a competitive price. Alloywheels.com were also very accommodating in coordinating delivery to suit me.

A very satisfactory experience and something I would recommend.

Purchased wheels that unfortunately did not fit my Fiat Coupe 20V Turbo, but James went the extra mile to have moulds made to fit. The wheels are superb. Anyone else might have just refunded and left you without wheels, but delighted with the service from Alloywheels. Highly recommend.

I have got 20'inches Inovit alloy wheels and tyres, so when received it was wrong tyres size , them just suggested to bring tyres at they shop to have a change and doesn't offered a simple apologies for they mistake. I just drove 2 hours from home to get it sorted! After 7 months running with a bad tyre quality got a tyres issue full air bubbles inside the tyre near I have suffered an accident on motorway!!! Them again suggested to send tyre back for my expenses as they need to investigate it. Make sure when you buy anything from this, not recommended at all!! Shame and awful experience I had!
