Allglass Windscreens Tralee Shop
I was send by my insurance company to replace my windscreen to the shop in Tralee , they replace my windscreen using up the old triming end gasket looked really unprofessional end bad as , they damage the carpet on the windscreen pillar to , after a week I had to go back to the shop they took the windscreen out end replace the triming and the gasket, the windscreen pillar was never fixt I was told by the shop that they have the damaged part ordered end after Christmas they will call me back, never happened, I contacted the insurance company 3 times I sent a email with the pictures never nobody called me back to sort out the issue ,

Zero stars should be an option
Zero stars should be an option. STAY AWAY and try Mr Windowscreen instead. Waited 3 weeks to have windowscreen replaced by mobile unit. They wanted me to travel from Carlow to Gorey depot rather then come out. Heard nothing again so I phoned 2 days before appointment day to make sure they were going to be coming out. Tried to get a time period so as not to waste a whole day of bank holiday Friday but best they could tell me was I would get a call the morning of appointment and after a lot of pressing after 11.00. The day before appointment THEY CANCELLED. I was not happy considering I had waited 3 weeks for them. Again told that I could go to Gorey Depot. Complete waste of time. No customer service. Only want you to travel to their depot to have windowscreen replaced at their leisure. Your time or inconvenience to you means nothing. STAY AWAY FOR THEM AS NOT RELIABLE

Rang re cracked screen on S class Mercedes was told to expect call from Longford depot within 24 hours. Call came within approx 1 hour. Appointment booked for 2 days later. Dropped car in at 3pm and was told car would be ready by 4pm. Arrived 4.30pm, job completed and all bits and pieces returned to original positions.
As smooth and satisfactory a transaction as possible.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, would recommend avoiding at all costs. Horrific customer service and unless you are happy to wait six months for a new windscreen never ever deal with them.
Disappointed
Booked and paid 150 euro and was told i would get an appointment booked. That was at 8am. Its now 4.40pm and no call. The best their call centre could do was to "send and email to the lads". Extremely unhelpful and bad service

If I could give these cowboys 0 stars I would. They are an atrocious company with terrible customer service. It has taken them 4 weeks to “order” in glass and I’m still waiting. This is the company that my insurance company Liberty use. So while I’m at it, avoid them too. Other glass companies say they will have the glass within a day or two so these crooks are just clearly incompetent. I’m 4 weeks without a car now. Avoid this company at all costs

had a problem with a cracked windscreen, service was dreadful, no follow up promises made and not delivered, in the end had to change to another provider and the contrast in service and delivery was excellent

Really unprofessional
I contacted Allglass because it is one of the partners of my insurance company.
I finally received a call after 3 days from a lady which told me that they do not replace the windscreen of my car due to the presence of the driving assistance services. I told her that the chip is a couple of millimetres and there is not any reason to replace the windscreen (and I would never ask to a windscreen repairer to replace it, because I know that on modern cars this invalidates the warranty). The lady told me that she does not believe that my windscreen needs to be repaired and that I must go to one of their repair shop, ask them to check the windscreen, then call her back. Really? Do she think that people has nothing better to do than calling her company for fun?
I tried to call them back few times and, after the automatic message, the connection is always dropped.
I booked with another repairer.
If this is how Allglass cares to its customers, I do not want to be one of them.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Have a crack in my windscreen for 5 weeks now. Initially they said we can't book you in for repair until 4 th of July a 4 week wait. After patiently waiting for 5 weeks I got a text on 3 rd of July saying company would call next day on 4 th to arrange repair. Never called. Seems I am not alone. I will recommend to insurer using an alternative as this is ridiculous.
Chancers
Promised me they could procure and fit two door windows on a given date. Come the date, they never contacted me. I rang them, and only then did they tell me glass would be delayed by one month. Wasted two weeks believing them when I placed my original order. I'm convinced they wanted the business, insisted on paying up front, knowing they couldn't fulfill my order by promised date. Not contacting me to explain was the poison chalice. It took me to get in touch with them, for them to sheepishly tell me they hadn't the glass as promised. Ended up sourcing them myself the next day. Steer clear of these cowboys 🤠. They'll lie and take your money, and waste your precious time. Cardinal sin when your car is your livelihood.
Scam
I went in to get a chip in the windscreen repaired, they asked for the payment of €95 in order to schedule the repair. I payed and came to the location they suggested. The mechanic applied the filler in about 10 minutes and after he was done it looked exactly the same as when I brought it in. In this condition the car is unlikely to pass NCT, and I will need to have the windscreen replaced.
The €95 was completely wasted. (for 10 minutes of the mechanics time and about €3 worth of epoxy).
When I had called customer service and told them I was not satisfied at all and if they could at least deduct the €95 from the price of having the windscreen relaxed with them, they said they could. However the quote I got from them was for a full price without any discount applied. I requested the quote again in writing from their customer service team and no one has responded since.
I felt like I got completely scammed… I would stay away from this company.

Made my booking on line at 4 pm today and my windscreen is repaired already at 5 pm Could not recommend Allglass Windscreens enough. Easy to use website to book in my repair and got a phone call a few minutes later to book in the repair.
Fantastic service
From the time of my on-line application I got first class service. Got call same day from Jody from HQ office, she was super efficient and friendly. She contacted insurance company and rang me back straightaway. She then arranged with the local windscreen centre who also called me that day to arrange fitting date. Got reminder day before and service guy rang me that morning to arrange suitable time. He arrived spot on time and job done in about forty minutes. He also was super efficient and pleasant. On my experience I’d give them 10 out of 10!!!!!

I was referred to Allglass by Zurich Insurance for a windscreen replacement. I called into the Ballybane Depot in Galway for a time and date. The secretary Jackie was super professional and arranged a next day call out by the Fitter to my residence. Tommy called me the following morning advising me of his schedule and was flexible with a slot that would suit me as I had a hospital appointment. His workmanship was second to none and he did a magnificent job. Brilliant experience all round. Thanks to the Customer Focused Allglass Team.
