One word dismissive. I expect a paid professional to perform a service. Not a sloppy could had done it myself service. I"m not color blind I can see the color is not what was chosen. Nor do I lack the intellect as you implied. I wanted a level of deep cleening, using proper equipment. So Mr. Derrick Schiffner if your employee (son) feels that it is somewhat of a hassle to bring out the heavy equipment, don't try and convince me a hand scrub is equivalent to a hot steam scrub.
