I saw a Tanzanite and diamond pendant on the website and fell in love with it, but I was concerned that the colour of the Tanzanite wasn’t going to be the same rich colour as the Tanzanite items that I already had. I rang All Diamond and spoke with Simon who very kindly agreed to send me a real-time video of the pendant so that I could get a better idea of the colour. The video was received within a couple of days and I was very happy with what I saw. Therefore I ordered the pendant that day and within a couple of days it had been received beautifully packaged. The pendant was everything I had hoped it would be - very dainty,gorgeous colour, very sparkly - just what I wanted so thank you very much to All Diamond and especially to Simon for helping me to choose this item. I would certainly recommend All Diamond to friends and family.

I purchased a diamond bangle from All Diamond and it is just beautiful! I cannot praise the company enough as I was on a very tight deadline for delivery but All Diamond and Albie in particular were very helpful and professional and were able to deliver the item well within a very short timescale.

Lovely ring
I ordered a ring from this company. I recieved an email 2 days later advising my size wasn’t in stock, to make the ring would take 3-5 weeks. This was rather annoying as it wouldn’t be here for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. After some thought we decided we liked the ring so agreed to the wait time. This isn’t an issue but I had to chase for an update, instead of them keeping me updated. Anyway that aside the ring arrived just within the 5 weeks and absolutely over the mood with it. Looks better than in the picture and a perfect fit. I would order again but they should be more transparent about stock before having to pay.

Avoid avoid avoid. So we purchased 2 1ct plantinum diamond engagement rings from All Diamond London on 1st April 2026 (costing just under £3,600). We waited approx 8wks to recieve both rings & were horrified & shocked to notice that both rings were badly scratched & had scuffs on them. We had worn them for approx 30mins & this is were the nightmare began with ADL. They refused to take accountability, offering a free polish to resolve, then replacements, but refused to refund the 2 items. Emails back & forth with no amicable resolution, even though the rings had been returned at this stage. The excuses that All Diamond London continued to use & standby were nothing short of ridiculous & the lack of customer help & concern was alarming from this company. Not willing to help or resolve & refusing to provide any such quality reports/docs to back up what they were telling us, things like its normal wear & tear, Plantinium rings do scuff & will have light scratches on them (hmmmmm not after 30mins wear, they shouldn't) In the end it resulted in me having to raise a charge back with my bank to help resolve. Finally, the bank sided with us & agreed that the rings were not satisfactory quality & should not have been sold to us in this manner. This resulted in us finally getting our money back after a long & arduous 6mths. What should have been a very joyous & exciting period, left us stressed, worried & frustrated with All Diamond London &ll, who basically didnt care at all & just wanted to retain the money paid for both rings. Poor quality products, customer service, please avoid this company

When the rings were returned to us, we identified some very light surface marks and micro scratches. Light surface marks can occur through wear, even over a short period of time. All of our jewellery goes through quality control before dispatch, and in this case both rings had been made brand new for your order and inspected before they were sent.
Although polishing would normally be a chargeable service where marks have occurred through wear, we offered to professionally polish both rings free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. We subsequently also offered to replace the rings with brand new replacements in an effort to resolve the matter for you.
Throughout the process, we responded to your correspondence and tried to provide clear explanations and practical solutions. We are therefore sorry that we were unable to reach a resolution that you were happy with and that you ultimately chose to pursue the matter through your bank.
We appreciate that purchasing engagement rings should be an exciting experience and are genuinely sorry that, despite the solutions offered, your experience did not meet your expectations.

First class item & excellent price
I was very pleased with the price. Communication from company was first class. Albie was clear professional, a credit to the company.
There are couple of points which perhaps the company should address.
1. I was not fully aware of the actual size of the item, from the advertising picture, so it was much smaller than I anticipated. Whether this is a marketing ploy by companies advertising on the Web, is a factor I'm not sure.
2. The item was much a much lighter colour. I was expecting an item of a deeper & darker blue. But it's a much lighter blue.
That said, it is a very beautiful and "standout" piece of Jewellery.
