Had to make amendment to a booking and…
Had to make amendment to a booking and change holidays by 1 week. Allcamps made recommendation upon request or another suitable campsite and transferred my deposit also. Everything was done in a matter of a few emails.

Absolutely spot onto deal with. Fantastic seemless.busineaa processes. So helpful, responsive and prices are always competitive. I wouldn't use anybody else for a family holiday for the type of offering in a campsite/waterpark environment.

Great online portal for queries and great response time. …
I booked my holidays with kelair for the last 5 years. And they were great. I said I would try different agent this time mainly because of holiday location. It is my 1st time using All camps and find it a great service. I wanted to change my departure date, submitted my query Friday night on online portal and had an answer Saturday. With new invoice attached. Was very impressed by quick response over the weekend.

We’ve used All Camps for family…
We’ve used All Camps for family holidays in Italy, France and Spain and find them to be incredibly easy to deal with.Be it changing campsites, insurance issues, payments as well as onsite help ,you would find it hard to find an easier company to deal with.
They take the stress out of anything that could otherwise add dramas to your family holiday.
