They always tell lies , no response once you give them money. They don't honour the promised hotels and they take the entire amount. They confirm pathetic hotels just before travel inspite of asking them every day after the payment to give hotel confirmation. We booked 5 star hotel and they gave 3 star hotel like Palestine hotel in Mecca , after we argued with them the gave double tree hotel which is 4 star . We booked this 6 Months back , they had ample amount of time to book 5 star hotel. I will not remove this rating unless I get 5 star hotel.

Comfortable and luxurious transport arranged on arrival, staff always on hand to help. Everything was well organised. Would book with Al hijaz again!

Excellent service by Zahid and Abu Zar. They made all my Umrah arrangements at a very good price without compromising on quality. From the day they booked my rooms and arranged visa to the day I got back home, they were in touch and made sure that I am comfortable and all my needs are fulfilled. The taxi was at the airport to pick me up and brought me to the hotel, one of the employee was at the hotel ( at both places Mecca and Medina) to make sure I have a smooth check in, they arranged all my Ziyarats in Medina and highly recommend the Ziyarats as the guide takes time to show you around and explain the history as well. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I will without hesitation recommend to friends and family.

We recently went to Hajj with Alhijaz tours, ma shaa Allah they looked after us so well. Brother Raees and Brother Zahid went out of their way for us. They kept us updated daily prior to going, during and when we returned. They offered lots of information to aid our hajj journey. I would recommend AlHijaz tours to anyone considering hajj or umrah, they really look after you.

SCAMMERS!!!PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST .Mr AMIR and company collects £800 deposits from me to travel with my family to Umurah.Due to change of law in that country.I couldn’t be able to travel anymore and no fault of mine.They refused to refunded my money and he is not picking my calls.MR AMIR IS SO RUDE and not reliable and not practicing the Quran or Islam.Pls avoid them at all cost . I am stressed and furtrated to get my money back.They do not care.
I will never referred them because THEY ARE LIARS!!!
I Will definitely report this case to OMBUDSMAN as my next move because of the emotional trauma they caused on me.
