We guarantee same-day despatch for all in-stock items ordered before 3 PM, Monday to Friday.
However, orders placed before 4:30 PM are often despatched the same day.

I ordered and paid for next day delivery, it took them 6 days to deliver my inks . You can't speak to someone on the phone. When I enquired why my inks were delayed, got a lame excuse. Customer service poor.

You were replied to one hour after your message to us.
You were advised that your payment was pending and that your order would be despatched once payment had been received.
We promptly despatched your order on 13th April, the same day that the payment cleared.
You did select the "Next Working Day from Dispatch" service. I am happy to confirm that your order despatched on 13th April 2026 at 11:44 am via next working day service.
Your order was delivered on 14 Apr 2026 at 17:53 to your requested pickup shop.
I am very sorry for the disappointing experience. As I am sure you can understand, we will not despatch orders until payment cleared.

Poor Quality cards received
Poor Quality cards received, ordered FOTODEK ICE cards, these are supposed to be white but there's a yellow tint dont know what brand of cards they sent me?
Sent message explaining this and no reply.
Also looking at the cards they are scratched up so highly unlikely they arent FOTODEK brand as I have some from another retailer where there's no marks whats so ever and they are white.
Only good thing was the delivery and dispatch time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I ordered a medical ID card with my daughter’s private information printed on it. Due to lazy packaging the card fell out of the box. That card could now be found and misused by anyone and the company aren’t in the slightest bit interested

Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate an order matching this reviewer using the name or email provided.
We have requested the order details multiple times via Trustpilot and via the email address supplied by the reviewer, but have not received a response or an order identifier.
The only information provided was "Bought off Amazon", after Trustpilot requested details to prevent review removal. The provided reference of "Bought off Amazon" does not match our 5-digit order number, so we are unable to investigate the specific order query.
For clarity, we do not produce personalised ID cards or legal documentation for individual consumers.

Your order was received at 22:47 PM on Friday 26 September 2025. Orders placed that late on a Friday would normally despatch on the following Monday; however, in this case we despatched early on Saturday 27 September using the 1–2 working day service selected at checkout.
According to Royal Mail, the parcel was delivered at 13:40 today (Tuesday 30 September 2025), which is within the expected timeframe; your review appears to have been posted 6 minutes after the delivery scan was recorded.
The Proof of Delivery confirms a successful handover at your premises, with GPS coordinates matching the delivery address and a delivery photo that is consistent with the frontage visible on Google Street View.
We have checked our records and can see we sent you an order confirmation and a despatch email that included your tracking details. We do not issue guaranteed delivery timeslots by email.
If you received a time estimate such as "by 19:30 on 28th September", that would have come from the courier as an estimate rather than a confirmed slot.
When you receive an "out for delivery" notification, this will contain a more accurate delivery window. I am sorry if this caused any confusion.
If the parcel has not been received as advised by the courier, please reply to the email we are sending you now that contains this update and we will investigate promptly.
