You mentioned that if you don’t live in the right region, there is high ping. Since we work hard to make our servers connectable world wide, sometimes that requires a few tweaks and our support team can help with that. We’ve been able to improve ping times quite often.
We also do not limit the slots on any of our games. You can change the 20 to whatever you want in server.properties. We give full access to your files.

As for price? You may or may not be aware, but we provide a lot of services for the price we charge:
